Great hotel on a pretty bay.

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: We enjoyed the large rooms ans their views of the bay.
Location: It is close to the airport (which is convenient) and near St. Georges.
Unlike most new plastic looking hotels that could be in any island or city, this well renovated hotel feels like it was designed to fit the specific site in Grenada. It has large, comfortable rooms, good beds, great views and excellent food in the dining room. The scuba boats, two pools and lots of small sailboats keep everyone very busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make our stay special.

Unique boutique hotel

Posted Feb 15, 2015
Pros: Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great.
Cons: We had a room that had an inter-connectiong door. Though the door was closed, allot of noises came right through, including the guy next door snoring!
Location: True Blue was very close to St. George's University. The hotel had a free shuttle to Grand Anse beach since their beach was virtually non-existant.
Our daughter is attending St. George's Uni and the this hotel was a nice walking distance. True Blue has very nice decor and the staff was fantastic. There is a dive shop, Aquanauts, which is excellent. The restaurant was great (food, decor and location right on the water) and had a really nice regular menu as well as delicious daily specials. An added bonus was the included breakfast. Though it was called a continental breakfast, you could also get a made to order omlete and I even got a pancakes made specially for me one day. My only wish was that it was closer to the main beach. But if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel with Caribbean decor, two beautiful med. size pools and great food and staff, this is the hotel for you.

Close to St George's University

Posted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: Two great pools... Great restaurant ... Large rooms...
Cons: The living room furniture was beautiful but I missed my Lazyboys and the soft seating...
Staff was world class and personal. Villa was worth the money though I would have enjoyed more comfortable couches but the personal dipping pool, balcony and split level living and bed rooms were fantastic.

True Blue Resort

Posted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: The rooms was alway clean and the bed was made up using the towels to reveal several designs that was beautiful.
Cons: Parking lot needs to be paved and have more parking accommodations.
Location: Location is not an issue if you have transportation, overall it is great.
Time spend at True Blue was a very memoriable experience vacation for us. The staff members made us feel at home; They always had a smile on their faces and was available when needed. We were always anxious to have Breakfast because everyday they had different pastries, fruits, teas & drinks. Fresh baked bread on the premises consist of their local vegetables that tasted delicious. Overall, I recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Nice hotel close to St George University

Posted Jan 10, 2015
We stayed in one of the Tower rooms which had a beautiful view of the water and a comfortable bed. The only negative is the closeness to the airport with flights flying over at 6:30am ...

Great....

Posted Dec 7, 2014
Pros: Villa, diving, location
Location: Aquanauts dive shop on site, cloud 9 just outside the entrance was great for lunch. Hotel also has a daily shuttle to grand anse beach.
Great hotel, with really friendly, helpful, welcoming staff. We stayed in 1 of the villas - the villa was really spacious and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the infinity pool and bay - perfect for sundowner cocktails! Kitchen was also well equipped - lovely to have an area to relax and cool down in without having to return to bedrooms. The aquanauts dive shop on site was really great too. Would highly recommend.
