Stay away!!!

Very bad hotel. Rooms were very dirty and had a bad moldy smell. TV did not work. Only one towel in bathroom. Bed was certainly not a pillow top!! It was hard and uncomfortable. Find somewhere else to stay.

Check in was one of the worst I've experienced. My wife and I waited in line for 45 minutes to check in due to a slow computer system we were told. When I went down to check out, there was one person in front of me who it appeared had been there for some time. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and it appeared no progress was being made with the previous gentleman, and I left in frustration.

Horrible Employee Staff!

Pros: NOT ONE THING!
Cons: MANAGEMENT! EVERYTHING DOWN TO PARKING!
We arrived at 1:30 for a 3:00 check in, we entered our room at 3:45! check in line out the front door. One and I repeat ONE Employee working the desk. How she maintained her great personality with such rude customers is beyond me! Not a manager in site. This young lady was trying to work with computer system issues, missing coworkers that left for lunch yet never returned. Management is unreal at this place. Parking is ridiculous as well. We had to leave our vehicle in a parkling lot down the street and walk to room, due to overcrowinding of cars in parkinglot. Never will we book another room in this are again!

Was told after waiting inline for 2 hours. That we did not have a room. Finally we got a room after calling expedia and checking to see if the payment was going through you will heAr from my lawyer!!!!

WAITED 1HR30MIN TO CHECK IN

Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The long check in time, the cleanliness of the room, the leaking shower fixture.
We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. There was a line to check in, that was backed up to the door. There were people complaining about waiting 2hrs to check in. We waited over an hour to be checked in with reservations. This was a very disappointing visit.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Location: Very bad location, dangerous neighborhood.
This hotel is the worst place I have ever been in my entire travels. Hotel located in a aweful neighborhood. Front desk people were not cordial and would not even call a cab for the guests. There were hairs in the bathroom. In general it was a nightmare experience.

I arrived at night time and after a long waiting they gave a room with full of litter and dirty bed sheet I just runaway from the room and did not stay for one minute Staff we're quite unhelpful Expedia over rated this hotel
