Not the best choice I could have made

We arrived and got our room key, and then went to dinner. Upon return, we found the key didn't work, so I went back to the office, got a new key and went back to the room. We were on the 2nd floor as far from the office as you could get. I called down to the desk and was told, "I'll be right there." 15 minutes later, I went back down to the office, found the manager on the phone and when she escorted me back to the room, with a new key, that one didn't work either. She used a master key to get us into our room. Once in there, there was no safety bar to secure the door, and there were was only one towel in the bathroom. The TV reception was awful and kept going in and out as we tried to watch a program. The room was large, which was nice, but it was not the best choice.

Ok for a 1 night stay

Pros: Close to stores and restaurants.
Cons: Carpeting needs updating or cleaning.
Location: Tanger outlet mall. Jcpenney down the street.
Gave us a room key where the room was already taken. Walked in on the people and the man was half dressed....I was so embarrassed. The girl at the front desk was so sorry and felt bad, it showed somehow that the room was available. So with that being said security is iffy. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was ok, mostly high carbs of donuts, waffles and cereal, nothing healthy. Rooms were clean, need updating on the carpeting...was dirty. Close by restaurants and stores. Jcpenney was down e street and the tanger outlet mall was 6 miles down the highway.

There were not enough towels in the room when we checked in. Two of the days we were there the maid did not clean the room or bring clean towels. You have to get to the breakfast early because they run out of items and do not replace.

the hotel was very good and the personal was great. hotels.com had screwed up my reservation and the desk gal took care of it. that was a wonderful thing to do.

Desperately needs a good cleaning.

The carpets were stained in our room, so we asked to check another room. After two more rooms were looked at, we decided to check out another hotel. I recommend a complete remodel as soon as possible.
