“Nice Staff /Hotel needs work”

The staff was excellent. He was very nice and that is always a plus - however, the room had a damp smell and I had to burn a candle. It is okay for a overnighter but it would not be a place I would stay for more than one night. There was no iron or ironing board and when going to the front desk to get a iron they gave us a small ironing board to lay on the table not good. The furniture was very old and beat up, the door was so heavy that you had to put everything down to push the door open. The furniture was not organized very good. You could not sit on the love seat and watch television you had to set on the bed. Also I did not care for the location it was right behind a convience store actually in the same parking lot. The plus for having the store in the same parking lot was I could get ice since the ice machine was dirty. But for an overnighter again yes....
