We are very disappointed that there is no hot tub. We specifically chose hot tub when searching for a hotel and the site states it has a hot tub. We arrived at 9 and the pool was already closed. The site states it is open until 10

There was a massive leak in my room, which ruined all of my study materials. Although they did refund my night, the staff told me that in the south, when there’s inclement weather, things “happen.” To stay in a room that doesn’t stay dry when it rains should not be acceptable.

The property was average, somewhat outdated and in need of renovations. The checkin staff was uncommunicative and wasn't informative about the hotel. The hallways, restaurant and lobby temperature was cold. The restaurant food was ok and served warm.

The room was nice, however the thermostat did its on thing and we had heat or a/c randomly going off on its own. Made for a very stressful night with our little ones.

Nice hotel, no hot water in the shower in the a.m.
Very nice hotel. The food and. bar service was great, but the morning we checked out, the clerk was rude. I stopped at the desk to tell him we didn't have hot water in the shower. He just picked up a clip board and wrote it down. No acknowledgment or apology. He never said a word! Didn't even look at me!

First want to say the front desk man and women working at the bar and restaurant were amazing!! So so so nice. The pool was closed for remodeling. Nothing was ever mentioned when we booked and several people in our party called the desk directly to book. We traveled 12 hours promising our kids a pool. When we asked to be compensated we were told there was no management on for the weekends and to call back Monday. Also called Holiday Inn main customer service who were not very helpful. For the price it was ridiculous. Hard to recommend a hotel who is unable to handle travels concerns…

Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Check in lady was super nice and friendly. Great bar area, with reasonably priced drinks and the food was really good too. Good breakfast with plenty of selection. Will definitely stay again.

Disappointing
The room was fairly clean and reasonably comfortable. When I asked for extra towels (we had two full sized towels for a family of four), the guy gave me pool towels, apologetically explaining they were out of regular ones. I later saw another guest happily carrying extra towels to their room. There was very little in the pantry for sale (same guy explained there was some delay in their delivery trucks), the ice machines didn't seem to work (when I asked about that the same guy suggested I try another floor which I did without success) and there were no vending machines in sight so I bought a late dinner at the bar. There was no room service nor menu to order from the room for carry out so I stayed at the bar after ordering while they made the food. The friendly bartender and the food the kitchen produced almost made up for the lack of towels but overall, we wouldn't stay here again given a choice.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times very convenient right off I75 15 minutes from airport. The only thing I did not like is how slow there elevators run there’s two in the hotel but my last visit only one worked. Other than that I’ve always enjoyed my stay.

Didn’t stay, after checking in I realized what I was given wasn’t what I booked. And instead of informing me that the room I booked wasn’t available I was just stuck in another room without the common courtesy of informing me.

The property was located close to the interstate. The room was clean. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. There was no shower liquid soap and only one small bar of soap. There was only one set of towels per person. The mattress was torn and squeaked. Could have been better!
