Beautiful area hotel use to be nice and clean but some guests have come and left roaches behind and housekeeping is not doing their job! I got a room with a large urine stain and it was still wet! When they changed my room as soon as I opened the door a roach was running across the floor! I’m disgusted!

Stay here every week, love it, I can do my laundry it’s clean free breakfast and peaceful or it use to be, lately there’s been several loud ghetto guests(loud drunks and people in the parking lot playing loud music, too many “Service Dogs” that I hear barking, dog hair is hard to get out of furniture and it seems to me these people just don’t want to pay for a dog sitter!

We booked for two nights, but we found the hotel dirty and smelly upon checking in. We told the staff, and they showed us another equally dirty and smelly room. So we told them we'd like to check out tomorrow (stay only one night instead of two). They said no, we cannot do that, and we need to pay for the whole stay, no matter when we check out. Not many people were staying in this hotel, but this one guy was always roaming around the corridor and lobby and, during breakfast, always hovering around people. It was a terrible experience and a mistake to stay here.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and neat and smelled of yummy turmeric and sandalwood. Convenient to The Avenue shops and dining (walking distance). A lovely experience and we’ll stay again when visiting :)

Clean, quiet, but limited breakfast options
My room smelled of paint-like fumes. The breakfast options have gone downhill since my first stay and quite frankly felt like a ripoff base on the price per night. Didn’t even have skim milk. The orange juice was watered down. The apple juice was too sweet. Make your own waffle, cereal, one brand of yogurt, a banana, and whole milk. Nice quiet area, felt completely safe. The hotel interior is spotless. Housekeeping and cleaning staff were impeccable.

So we planned on a five night stay at this hotel due to the convenient location to food and shopping. We checked in and there was an overwhelming stench of musty mold. Probably the carpet. We complained and switched rooms. That room was just as bad, if not worse. we made it through the night and we’re not there at all during the day. We barely made it through the second night and checked out and went to the Holiday Inn, which was beautiful. They tried to get us to stay by showing us other rooms and they found one with new carpet, but damage was already done. We were out of there avoid this hotel.

The property was nice on the outside and the lobby also smells good. However, the rooms were unkempt, smells terrible. You could see rust on the lamps and the carpet was so dirty.

Site is good for overnight stays. Breakfast was ok, not much more than cereal and waffles however. Initial check in made me feel like I was imposing on the attendant. It seemed that she would rather be doing something else.
