The beds were comfortable. It was very quiet since only about 5 rooms were booked that night! The manager wasn't sitting at the front desk when we checked out. That was odd. The whirlpool was broken and I didn't like that you couldn't have the bedside lights on without having the whole room lit. It would have been nice to have different electricity for the lights. The best part was the location and the price through Expedia.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff. They even upgraded me to a jacuzzi room at no cost. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we will definitely stay here again.

Getting checked in was a struggle, the stairs were blocked off so no king size bed option. The room was dark, not very clean, clock didnt work. Bed needs fitted sheets so they stay on! Lights need to be fixed too... Will NOT be staying here again!

Staff checking that was checking in was really quiet and couldn’t barely hear! Place had a lot of stuff broken and couldn’t use! Place needed a lot of updates and morning breakfast was pretty much gone when we went out at 7:40am!

Omg this is the worse hotel I've seen. Hot tub broken, sauna broken, upstairs closed. Gym is literally 2 pieces of equipment guest center is full of boxes.

My wife booked the hotel room so my kids could go swimming for the night. The front desk staff was so hopeful, gave my wife a local phone number that offers swimming lessons at the hotel. The desk staff was kind and personable. They didn't act annoyed at my overly excited Autistic son. And they had so much fun swimming. The pool area was super clean. The water was amazingly warm. This hotel is only a couple blocks from our home. We will recommend it to all our out of town family and friends. And will definitely be taking our children back to swim!

The hotel was very worn which gave it a dingy/unclean appearance. Stain on the carpet, peeling paint in bathroom, etc. When we asked for additional pillows we were told how many pillows were with each bed. The breakfast while looked satisfactory, it was cold.

Little older hotel, but served the purpose!
Reserved 2 rooms but when we got there only one was reserved. Thank God not to busy that night so 2nd room easy to get. Jacuzzi was broken! Bummer. But the pool was 92 degrees...nice! haha. Very quiet and the king bed was comfortable. This Americinn was one of the older ones. If you're looking for a more "modern" hotel, find another one.

We had a fast and easy check in! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The pool was nice and warm! Everything was clean. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here! Will be back in the future!

The property was run down. The lawn was overgrown with weeds, and old refrigerators and air conditioning units had been dumped over on the lawn.

Doors don’t lock outside the property at all, anyone can get to your room anytime. the whole place is FILTHY. and the staff was useless.

I would say 3 out of 5 stars. It was ok. Could have been cleaner. Definately showing signs of wear. Breakfast was 2 out of 6. Not many choices. Breads were dry. Waffle batter was watered down turned out terrible. Eggs and sausage were ok. Staff was friendly. I really only saw the one guy.

Over paid
Paid $50 more going through hotels.com than price advertised on the Wyndham website. Hotel older, clean, quiet, and safe. However outside door constantly unlocked. Breakfast was decent, but no juice and jelly, ketchup, milk, syrup in big containers you'd buy for your family... a gtoss---infection control violation!!! Icemaker lid with mold and probably legionella... Was convenient to my event which was a huge plus.
