Great value for your money. Everything was really clean. All-inclusive was definitely worth it in my opinion, lots of drink/food options! Service can be a little slow but that’s just because everyone’s on island time. Staff was always really friendly and accommodating! Reduit Beach is beautiful and only a 5 minute walk! Tons of dining options in walking distance if you don’t feel like eating at the hotel.

I love that the area was surrounded by nearby malls, restaurants and the beach. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The chefs and bartenders ensured that my tummy was filled with delight.

The rooms were clean and room service was provided everyday. However, fittings and fixtures in the washroom could have been more comfortable. The pool is large and 4ft deep. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food is very delicious. A mixture of local and western menus. The drinks were great as well...bar is well stocked with a variety to choose from. The resort is walking distance from 2 shopping malls, supermarket and other restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a beach about 5minutes from the resort through a trail. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families

Staff are very friendly and the setting is beautiful. St. Lucian style decor is lovely and the bedding very comfortable. We had a great buffet breakfast as well. We were only there for a night but will return.

The resort was fantastic with amazing food a short walk to the beach. The all inclusive option was a phenomenal value. Staff were fantastic and the pool was great.

While the rooms feel very historically French they were clean and spacious. The dining and Bar staff was the best experience. They were very kind and treated us like family!! Shout out to Miguel and his staff! The pool was spacious and clean. The weekend entertainment was wonderful. The all inclusive package is definitely the way to go here.

Staff at the Coco Palm were amazing and the property is very clean, rooms are very big. The breakfast was good but quite basic. The only problem was the loud noise from a nearby club that went on until 2 am every night I was there. It's not part of the hotel so the staff can't do anything about it.

There wasn’t enough entertainment during the week. The service was a bit slow. The upcharge of the food & drinks with all inclusive, bartender’s & waitresses are not aware.

The hotel, their pool and the bar/restaurant are very nice. The food at the restaurant was one of the best in the area. We tried multiple different restaurants and still came back to Ti Bananne. The wait staff is ok. Some are very friendly and others neutral. Parking for the rental car was very easy, close and safe. There is an easy walk across the street to the public beach. This small section of Reduit Beach was less crowded and nicer than the beach by the other resorts.

My experience for the fifth time was more enjoyable thanks to the staff who were accommodating and very friendly,my room i rested very comfortably along with the view i had (pool view).Breakfast was great( very good omelets)...wish i had more time to stay.Maybe next time as my primary goal was to attend meetings.

So happy we booked with Coco Palm. Very good location, close to many restaurants around Rodney bay and also very close to reduit beach. Staff very friendly and attentive. Everyone was nice. Property was clean, pool was good (used it only 1 time, preferred the beach), bar was great and plenty of selections. Breakfast very good in the morning. Had dinner one time at the only restaurant onsite, slow service and I presume they were understaffed, I had an issue with my plate, but they fixed it quick. Food was flavorful. Close to everything. The one drawback, it’s right across from the 2 night clubs that are blasting music till 3am every night. We had to use headphones in order to sleep. But that’s not something the hotel can change, we still enjoyed our stay very much.

The property is a great to-go for me many times. This trip I felt rushed at breakfast. Staff was just constantly hurrying around to clear tables and not checking on the guest dining in the restaurant.

The hotel is lovely, very clean with a great pool that is opened until late and you can swim until late. The facilities are very good and the breakfast has lots of choice. The location is perfect close to the beach and the town.

Very happy we stayed at this property! After some mixed reviews we were a little worried, but everything was incredible. We didn’t do the all inclusive option, just breakfast included which was great every morning with a fresh omelet station. Being so close to town - about a 2 minute walk, we were able to try different local restaurants. Very close to shopping areas & dining options. Pool area is gorgeous & staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend & will be back !

Coco Palm is a short five minute walk to Reduit beach. Ti Bananne is their onsite restaurant. It is one of Rodney Bay's best restaurants. It does French Caribbean cuisine. The wine list is limited and needs more offerings (they are working on it) but the food was very good the both times we went. They have a well stocked bar with premium brands for other drinks. We also had buffet breakfast included with our stay. It had lots of variety, good quality and no need for you to eat lunch. They can also make espresso based coffee. Everyone on staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. After a few days, they treat you like family. Coco Palm is located in an area with many restaurants and bar options to walk to at night. Overall, I highly recommend it for your stay in Saint Lucia.

We had a great time at Coco Palm. It was clean and staff was very warm and accommodating. The food was excellent with vast menus for meals and drinks. Its location was ideal, walking distance to shopping, the water park and beaches. Even though this was my second visit to the island, my stay at Coco Palm is by far the most memorable and cherished vacation.

Lovely pool and good restaurant on the grounds. Easy to go into the shopping area. Our room was away from the pool which actually was fine because the pool had musical entertainment Saturday evening an we were ready to turn in after a day of hiking. The staff helped us arrange trips to the zip lines, etc., and told us how we could go to the beach and catch a boatride to Pigeon Island. Nice smaller hotel.

Really awesome apart from you are right next to the disco, so on a Friday and Saturday, be ready to “enjoy” the music from the street party till about midnight; that is unless you are actually part of the street jam 😃

Coco Palm was a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend it. It was very clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and it was close to all amenities. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and there was a bar on site which was a nice area to have some drinks. The beach was a short walk away and you could rent chairs and an umbrella from one of the locals. I would stay here again.
