Desk staff left me wanting.....Posted Sep 9, 2013
Pros: It met our needs. Basic but comfortable room.
Cons: Front desk staff.
Location: Lots of restaurants. Close to main freeway entrance.
Wanted to use the computer that is available to the guests to print our boarding pass. The night clerk went to great lengths to explain that the printer was out of order until at least the morning. His recommendation that I go to a different hotel that had a business center to print them is where he lost me. In the morning I stopped to see if the printer was back working and was told by a different clerk that the computer isn't linked to a printer but that he would be happy to print my boarding pass. Integrity is becoming a lost character trait.

Four night stayPosted Aug 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room was okay as far as cleanliness and comfort of beds. The air conditioner was a little loud and the last night we were there we could not get the room cool. Employees were all extremely nice.

Great Stay!!Posted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Got a great deal on the room (cosmetology state board students get a discount). Extremely nice and helpful staff! Amazed by the service! Extremely quiet room, even the ac was very nice and quiet when running! Very clean room, their was an odd odor to the room though, had to buy an air fresher. Very happy with the room, would have expected much less for the little amount it was! Minutes from state board, food, and gas. Must stay here if your coming for state boards! Great hotel!!

Great place to stay for Cosmetology BoardsPosted Mar 8, 2013
Pros: location off of the freeway and plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
Cons: Cigarette smoke smell lingering in hallways.
Location: Perfect location, right off freeway with plenty of shopping and restaurants.
Stayed here so my daughter could take her cosmetology boards the next day. Easy access from the freeway and very close to the Ohio Board of Cosmetology office. Gentleman at the front desk was helpful and curteous. We arrived in the later evening and were in our room in no time. Decent breakfast included and room was comfortable and clean. Only concern was even though the hotel is non-smoking the hallways did smell of cigarette smoke. It appears some guests do not abide by the rules. Once in our room we did not notice anymore. Would stay again if in the area. Check out was fast and easy and the morning staff was also very pleasant.

Would Highly recomend this hotel.Posted Feb 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
WE were very pleased with our stay at the Grove City Comfort Inn. Very close to the exit off Route 71 that we used to go to The Columbus Convention Center. Plenty of restaurants nearby, we ate at the Fiesta Mariachi Mexican Restaurant. Excellent If you like Mexican food put this on your list to eat there. The buffet breakfast at the Comfort Inn was Very Good! Plenty to choice from. scrambles , hard-boil eggs, sausage links , cereal, donuts, bagels, bread, waffles that you make cinnamon and regular.juices tea, coffee. The attendant that was taking care of the buffet was constantly restocking and cleaning. The room was very clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean. The only thing wrong like all hotel rooms not enough receptacles and the low lighting. I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasantly SurprisedPosted Feb 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have to admit I was a little apprehensive at first but when I checked in and first saw our room I was pleasantly surprised. On our road trip we stayed at a similar star rated hotel and I was really shocked at how poorly kept the room was. I was incredibly happy with the cleanliness of this hotel and our room. The pillows were nice and fluffy and the bed was even nice to sleep in. I was more than happy with this hotel. When I go to book my next hotel stay I will be looking for a Comfort Inn.

convenient, friendly fairly priced and good breakfPosted Feb 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Grove City is conveniently located between the residences of our children. We have consistently stayed at the comfort Inn because of their consistency in delivering a friendly environment, fairly priced rooms and a better breakfast than we have had at several b & bs.
