Arnold Sports Festival 2015

Pros: Location convenient to I-71. Many choices of restaurants close by.
Cons: The exterior doors weren't secured. Someone could enter without using a card.
Location: Downtown Columbus is a close drive.
Had a good time attending the Arnold Sports Festival.

Night desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was horrible. Cold oatmeal, a few slices of bread and some apples were about all that was available.

Hotel close to many attractions

Location: There are lots of restuarants nearby, shopping is close, and even a movie theater.
The room was small, though adequate. If we would have been spending more time in the room, it would have been depressing. The hall ways were cold. The side entrance door was never locked, not even at night. The room needs aired. It has a stuffy odor. the heater was noisy. The receptionist was friendly and chatted with us. that was a nice thing. There was a refrigerator, but we didn't know it was there before we arrived, so we didn't make use of it. The breakfast was ok, but the coffee had very little taste.

filthy dirty halls ... Lobby etc

Disappointing: this hotel should never be marketed with non smoking rooms. To do so is a fraud. Our non smoking room ??? Reaked with smoke smell and cigarette burn marked blankets.

ok besides being a women staying there alone didn't feel comfortable, men laying in the hall and hanging out in hall,telling me I was pretty felt uncomfortable.Did report it to front deck it was taken care of.
