Clean and neat, everything worked, appears to be owner maintained.

“Clean but Old”

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel seemed clean enough, but everything seemed old. We didn't want to pay a lot for a hotel and we got what we paid for. It was a little better than expected.

“Decent Hotel”

price is very good for the type of hotel. Mainly clean, service is good, and its maintained well.

“Don't think I would go back”

The hotel is under construction but the first room we had the air conditioner did not work. The second room was a non-smoking and smelled of cigarettes and animals (dog). The bed was comfortable.

“Fine for Budget Travel”

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It is fine for budget travel. Not fancy at all, but clean enough and friendly staff.

“Needs Help”

The hotel is a bit run down, but they are in the process of renovation. The rooms themselves need some attention with emphasis on new beds and a new HVAC system. In addition the maintenance department could do a little better job maintaining what they already have

“Right for the price!”

"No smoking" room smelled an awful lot like smoke, but otherwise good. All surfaces clean and amenities supplied (no breakfast room due to repairs, but I'm assuming this was temporary). Spacious bathroom and good shower.

what a dump! we didn't even shower the next morning, it was so so disgusting!

“Not too impressed”

The motel personnel were very nice and very helpful. However, we stayed on two non-consequetive nights in two different rooms and both left a lot to be desired in upkeep. Both rooms had faulty electrical outlets that didn't work and toilets that didn't flush properly. The rooms were clean but very shabby. The price was good, but I believe you could find better quality for around the same price.

“not impressed”

The old axiom is true -- you get what you pay for. The price was fair, but the maintenance of the rooms was horrendous -- shower did not work, electric outlet in sink area did not work, only 1 towel for 2 people. Towels thin & small. Tub drained very slow. Only intermittant hot water in shower. Chain lock not usable. Door to room hard to open & close. not a good situation.
