The hotel has supposedly been remodeled recently, so we stopped by in advance to make sure it would be good for our teenage daughter and her friends. The room they showed us was very nice — not amazing, but obviously new and impressive for the price. So, we booked the room. The room they gave her was horrible, right down to the holes in the wall. On top of that, when she and her friends checked in, they were told it would be $60 more than the Expedia price that we’d already paid, and when they checked out, they lost their $50 deposit because they had to present a form that they were supposed to get at checkin, but didn’t. Bottom line: we signed a contract for a $215 weekend, but they wound up charging the kids $325 instead. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I will NOT abide a bait-and-switch. STAY AWAY.

I have no idea where the good ratings came from but i did not have one of those rooms. Requesteded non smoking room there where large burn holes in the bed cover and many burns on the tub. Stains on the bed covers. Had to clean the shower to use it. Shower curtaon had stai s and mold on it. I have seen unmaintained public restrooms cleaner than this room. I took many pictures and video to send to Wyndham and health department. Our room stunk like wet dog.

The property is currently going through renovations but they have not replaced mattresses, or main sheets. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and it was pretty bad. We did not end up staying and just took our room as a loss to us. It smelled over cigarettes and weed, along with that we even saw a tenant gonna in and out with a lit cigarette

Pulling in to the parking lot, passing 2 police SUVs scanning the lot was an awesome start. Walking up to an "after 10pm" window and locked lobby was a dash of awesome. As for the room, I must have gotten one that was recently rehabbed. There were some very questionable stains on the carpet and pieces of furniture. The WiFi was practically as fast as dial-up, let alone the cell service was less than safe. The beds were free of any bugs or pubes which was a bonus. My friends were in a room on the other side and did not have the nice room that we received. Overall, we all survived and had a place to sleep. Not a top pick but it gets the job done.

Two Stars Covers It
This is your typical two-star motel. Doors on the outside. Two stories. Easy to find. Relatively quiet. Lauren, who checked me in was great! Finally, no bedbugs or anything, but the floor could definitely use a sweep and mop.

WORST ROOM EVER!!!
This was the worst room that I've ever booked! The floor was unswept and there were bugs in the bathroom! Out of all of the times that I've booked through this app, this was my first time being TOTALLY unsatisfied! This hotel should be taken off the list! I usually don't have to read the reviews on sites, but I should have on this one! Apparently this has happened before on this property! DON'T BOOK HERE!!

The room was not cleaned well. 1st impression was the bathroom- The bathroom door handle still had a womans elastic hair tie on it with strands of her hair on it, so obviously handles aren't being wiped down. They do not clean behind the bathroom doors, so when you sit down on the toilet you see dirt behind the closed door. The glass shower doors were not cleaned well, and there were pieces of something on the shower floor. I ended up laying a towel on the shower floor before taking a shower because I didn't want to to touch any surfaces of the shower, I had no confidence that it was clean. The living room area was vacuumed however no one used a crevice tool on the vacuum to get around the beds & desks, so you can still still crumbs or whatever around the edges of everything. The desk lamp was falling apart, the vaneer or coating was completely peeling off and showing the metal bar underneath , someone should have replaced that. Lastly, the booking said it had a breakfast available before check out. When we went to the lobby area the juice machine was broken and not available, we were told there was no creamer for coffee, and there were no bagels, toast, or any food available as were lead to believe. Altogether, this was a highly disappointing stay for $100 and we will not recommend this motel to any of our traveling friends & family.

For the price it was subpar. Definitely needs some exterior work and updated. Door wouldn’t shut properly. I really enjoyed the 3 am fight in the room next to me where a woman was getting beat (sarcasm) and the other neighbor beating on the walls.
