The front desk lady was amazing and so friendly and helpful. She made us feel we were important and mattered. I had my granddaughter with me and she was super sweet to her. Pool was nice and warm awesome stay. Thank you

It was very quiet not too bad at all van use a little update...i like more walk in showers at hotels then a tub but for yhe most part it pretty descent

This was the quieter of stays we have ever experienced. The building was really well upkeep and the pool temperature was perfect!! I recommend an installation of a hot tub as it would be a great upgrade. The breakfast was well staged and very tasty compared to many. And the staff was so very friendly and helpful. Ive never written a review before and well being as the staff went above and beyond each time we met and this os especially for a smile and friendly gesture is worth my time to recognize them all. Thank you for your outstanding service and hospitality.

Property is in major need of renovations. The breakfast was great and the lady running it was super sweet. However, our room was in need of the major cleaning/renovation. There was bacon left on the floor from a previous guest, overall it was just a gross room. Bathroom tile needs replaced, carpet needs cleaned, furniture was in roughy condition and the fan didn’t work. Not what I expect when stay at a Holiday Inn

Since i booked using Expidia, i could not change the room assigned to me. Next to the elevator and in front of the hotel cleaning room ( to laud). My room carpet smelled like moldy .. staff not very friendly. Except for 1 lady Tammy? That was super kind. All others were doing us a favor

Very clean place to stay. Breakfast had many good options. Had awesome staff members and the rooms were shiny clean. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioner in our room and bathroom had awesome water pressure. Only thing was the gentleman checking me in the afternoon when I arrived didnt say anything to me about a deposit. My total for 2 nights was the total he told me would that I would be charged for and when looking on my banking app it was 100 over that. Obviously I assumed thats what it was, but would've been nice to be told that at check in.

Very good! Hotel is clean, quiet, safe. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom was clean/spacious. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast more than adequate with hot/cold offerings. Easy access to main highways and close to several restaurants. Two within walking distance.

No AC and bad service
A/C went out Sunday during the night. I told daytime desk clerk as I left in the Morning (8:30). Came back to the room at 5:20 pm. AC not fixed. Told Evening clerk AC not fixed.. She didn’t even move from across lobby to desk to address me. Told me she saw no orders for AC repair and maintenance left for the day. Asked for a different room and she said there were none.. Bought a fan at Walmart. Next morning told same desk clerk AC still out.. Said maintenance looked at it, but needed to move beds around. She said they would fix it that day. Came back and not fixed. Temps in high 80’s and humid. Another warm night. Checked out We’d AM. Asked for compensation. Said she would set me up on IHG and add points. Haven’t seen any yet. Will not stay there again

Don’t know where to start. Desk clerk spent too much time trying to get us to join their frequent guest program, the room ac was not turned on and it was 86 outside ( probably 80 inside), the tv remote did not work, the outlet in the bathroom was not working ( it had been tripped and not reset), the ac floor carpet area was totally wet- out 4 feet, the only clock in the room- a tiny one on the microwave) was 2 hours off, no grab bar in the tub area (should be automatically installed nowadays). We were fairly close to a highway and there some kind of emergent activity fairly loud outside - jus for a few minutes. The halls were fairly dirty including a Q tip that was there from night to morning. A few good things- had chocolate milk, bacon, hot cinnamon rolls, quick pancakes with other stuff for breakfast. The beds were hard ( my wife likes, I don’t).

The staff was great and accommodating. The hotel was clean and updated. The only down side was the rooms are not very quiet, you can hear everyone walking by in the hall and every time someone uses the sink or toilet in the surrounding rooms. A large enough gap around the door so the room lit up all night.

Good experience for a business trip, only things that could be improved are the cable service for ease of use and selection. It’s like something from the 90’s and some healthy selections at breakfast. Otherwise it was really good, the staff was great.
