Nice HotelPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Price, Cleanliness, Location, Comfort
Cons: Maids follow the "do not disturb" door tag.
Location: Large shopping mall and many restaurants within walking distance.
My only complaint was the maid kept buzzing me even when I had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Everything else was wonderful.

Internet access was terrible.Posted Jun 15, 2011 on Hotels.com
I do not like to write bad review, but I did not like this hotel at all. Internet access is very important for me. I stay on the 6 floor and the internet only work 20 percent of the time. There was no coffee maker, or microwave in the room. There was no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast cost about 12 us dollar. If you want a cup of hot coffee, you will have to paid full price. I did not like this hotel because of these reasons.

WORST hotel i've ever stayed atPosted May 22, 2011
Please take my advice and look for another hotel, to start, the beds are ROCK hard, i ended up sleeping in the floor carpet which was softer than the beds, the AC was way too noisy and they couldnt fix it neither change my room, there was no manager on site, TV's are NOT flat panel, they're old and small like 14 inch, and the tv reception was horrible, it was not cable but off the air tv, only a handful of channels, wireless and wired internet did not work, bottled water was opened, receptionist was rude, towels seemed like they were not changed, cable on the phone was broken so could not use the phone without twisting the cable, no pen or pencil with writing paper for notes, but all those problems are small compared to the HARD bed problem, i could never imagine there would be a matress so hard, it was like laying on wood or pavement, it really is a bad option if you want to stay and sleep unless you consider sleeping on the floor which seems to be a better option

Great!Posted Dec 15, 2010 on Hotels.com
No complaints about this hotel. Clean, convenient (right along the route of the 25, 629, and PreTren buses). I'd definitely stay here again when visiting friends in Zapopan.
