“very clean and comfy!”

Very satisfied with the cleanliness and comforts of the Hotel. Staff was very helpful Free Shuttle service was quick. Just don't forget to reserve your shuttle time. First come first serve. The area surrounding the hotel is not walkable. There is a Chilis restaurant in the same parking lot.

“Location”

If you have an early flight this is the best choice, the shuttle will take you to the airport in 7 minutes. The services and hotel are US standard so you will not be dissapointed.

You can either eat at "La Chata" or "La Gorda" both are similar nice restaurants if you wan to try some nice mexican food.

“Very convenient and comfortable.”

Very conveniently located for an early morning flight. Hotel has shuttle service to the GDL airport. The hotel is up to date and clean. Receptionists speak good English.

“Good airport-ready stop”

Great location to the airport, connected to a Chili's so definitely meant to cater to Americans. Not the best choice for an immersion into Mexican culture in Guadalajara but a solid and reliable place to stay when you need to be near the airport.

“Great hotel near GDL airport”

The Hampton Inn was as comfortable as it is in the U.S. They had drinkable water, fresh towels, etc. They had a breakfast buffet and a free shuttle to the airport that starts at 5 am so if you need to be at the airport before then make sure and take an early taxi.

“Best Hotel near the airport”

When staying near an airport the main goal is to be comfortable until your flight leaves. the Hampton Inn fulfills my expectations 100%. Comfortable beds and pillows, adequate air conditioning, cleanliness, functioning computers and fast internet service are not amenities to be taken for granted in Guadalajara.

“Feels like you are in the U.S.”

Once you enter the hotel, you feel like you never left the U.S. Even though you are clearly not in the U.S. when you walk out of the front entrance, inside you feel at home. The front desk attendants were very courteous and eager to satisfy all our needs. They were very attentive to all of my questions, and went out of their way to find the answers. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. In the evening, they provided the hotel guests with a large buffet of snacks and beverages (alcoholic beverages as well). This was a nice touch. At checkout, the hotel staff was also very friendly. They called us a taxi which was on site. The taxi came right up to the front entrance within a minute, ready to take us to the bus station. I was satisfied overall with the cleanliness, service, comfort, quietness, and location of the hotel.

“We are going back for sure”

We were impress by the luxury and cleanliness, and they have a very good breakfast. It is very close to the airport and the service is excellent. Transportation to the airport is available.

“sorpresa en Guadalajara”

What a pleasant surprise, to have a convenient location to the airport and the city, to have very comfortable beds and all the amenities we could hope for. It also helped to have a Chili's next door, when it was pouring down rain! And, the shuttle couldn't have made it easier to get back and forth and on time!
