Very conveniently located for an early morning flight. Hotel has shuttle service to the GDL airport. The hotel is up to date and clean. Receptionists speak good English.

When staying near an airport the main goal is to be comfortable until your flight leaves. the Hampton Inn fulfills my expectations 100%. Comfortable beds and pillows, adequate air conditioning, cleanliness, functioning computers and fast internet service are not amenities to be taken for granted in Guadalajara.

Once you enter the hotel, you feel like you never left the U.S. Even though you are clearly not in the U.S. when you walk out of the front entrance, inside you feel at home. The front desk attendants were very courteous and eager to satisfy all our needs. They were very attentive to all of my questions, and went out of their way to find the answers. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. In the evening, they provided the hotel guests with a large buffet of snacks and beverages (alcoholic beverages as well). This was a nice touch. At checkout, the hotel staff was also very friendly. They called us a taxi which was on site. The taxi came right up to the front entrance within a minute, ready to take us to the bus station. I was satisfied overall with the cleanliness, service, comfort, quietness, and location of the hotel.

Good hotel near the airport and not too far from the Centro. If you plan to stay and extra night, book online as the front desk will try to force you to pay rack rates. Otherwise, a good experience. The Doctor

“Guadalajar Hampton Inn”

Everything was great, except for the receptionist at the front desk that did not speak English. Free airport shuttle, nice rooms. But other than that, it was fantastic.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness and comforts of the Hotel. Staff was very helpful Free Shuttle service was quick. Just don't forget to reserve your shuttle time. First come first serve. The area surrounding the hotel is not walkable. There is a Chilis restaurant in the same parking lot.
