I travel to Guadalajara very often for business, but I never consider this hotel before cause the outlook is a bit old. What a mistake I made several times! Compared to all the hotels of similar star rating in the city, this is probably the best of them. The renovated rooms (Executive Level) are superb, a new and modern lobby, excellent location and good staff. The only thing they can improve is the quality of the foods in rooms service, the prices are fair for a four star hotel food tough.

Location: Nothing special.
I booked this hotel using expedia with full breakfast and Internet covered.To my surprise there breakfast team asked me to pay for breakfast service even though it was paid in full at time of booking through expedia.Pathetic condition of room as it hardly had sufficient towels in the room.Room service was disappointing and room service providers once they receive the payment they would vanish from the scene without refunding excess payment.One of the worst hotel of its kind and complete out of shape.Never recommend this one to anybody unless you don't have any other alternatives.

Pros: Clean, very comfortable.
Cons: I really don't like how hot many Mexican hotels let the rooms get when they are not occupied. I arrived and the room was well above 80F
Location: Lots of good good and nightlife nearby
Strong four star experience. Hotel staff was willing and able. Classic Hilton experience.

We were on the club floor and although breakfast was included for our stay, we had the option of going to the lobby and standing in a long buffet line or be on the club floor but with limited breakfast options (extra charge for cooked eggs that are free downstairs). Internet was expensive.

Pros: Spacious clean room.
Cons: $25 USD plus price for breakfast is on the expensive side if you're looking for a basic meal.
Facilities as well as the rooms are nice and clean. Great to have a good rest at night.

This hotel has excellent food, very nice installations and the room was very comfortable. The room was very clean, but I must mention that I had get rid of a coacroach that somehow appeared in the sink area of the bathroom. The concierge did not seem to be very knowledgeable of good restaurants in the area. Other than that, everything was fine; good hotel.
