Good staff, but not quite a Hilton

Pros: Nice bed, nice view, good overall facility.
Cons: Attention to detail in the rooms.
This is a decent hotel, nice location. Staff was excellent. Restaurant and pool were good. But too many silly things wrong in the room, not what I'd expect at a Hilton. Clock had incorrect time (by several hours) and I could not figure out how to set it. Nice coffee pot, but only decaf was there - had to call to get the hi-test. Had to crawl behind heavy bureau to get the coffee pot plugged in. Had a washcloth for first night, then none for nights 2 and 3. Obstacle course getting to the toilet, you need to go through a second door, then close the door, toilet was behind - this is trouble for people like me that need to go a couple times during the night. Phone on wall to toilet, knocked it off with my elbow, I bet it no longer works.

Good hotel overall for a short business stay. Some minor issues with the room (shower) but hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable.
