Había 6 hombres al lado de mi habitació bebiendo, fumando, riendo sin ninguna consideración. Siguieron bebiendo y tirando botellas al piso y yo cansada sin poder dormir. No se me ocurrió marcar a a recepción, pero no puedo entender que no hagan rondines por las noches. Claramente hay un letrero que se impide las visitas por la noche. Es el,peor hotel de GUadalajara. Lástima que me tocó vivirlo. Nadie me ayudó a bajar mis maletas hasta mi coche y todavía quería la señorita que le llenara una encuesta de satisfacción…qué persona tan ignorante. Uds. escogen ese tipo de personas con primaria trunca verdad? Porque sólo así puedo entender tanta ignorancia.

Ok for a quick stay.
Front desk was a little rude. You can also hear everything outside your room, everything echos. We couldn’t sleep because there was kids running around and screaming. Luckily we only stayed one night there.

The toilet water BROWN. Disgusting. Under the sink, i don’t know what it was but there was some nasty stuff by the pipes. Almost looked like poop but could’ve been some type of glue. Horrible job done.

Stay is comfortable although, facilities are quite outdated and even though a safety deposit is given during the check-in, the check-out takes 5-10 minutes despite there is a deposit. What I did not like is that Expedia mentions the hotel as pet-friendly however, it never states that there is an additional charge for your pet, your pet is not allowed to be walked-in and, you are not allowed to leave your pet alone in the room. On top, there is an additional safety deposit if you bring a pet. In addition, the on-premise parking is not mentioned to be subject to availability on the page and is limited to 20 parking spots only which is not sufficient to leave your vehicle safe guarded. You need to call the lobby to open the parking lot gate and same as you go out with your car. Very inconvenient.

It was my 2nd stay in this hotel. It feels safe, quiet and clean. At times the people in other rooms were yelling and making noises but that is not the hotel's fault. The food in the cafeteria is acceptable while not the best I had during my trip, but the service is fast and the prices are reasonable. The WiFi worked fine for me, I was able to do a lot of work. I recommend this hotel.

Not so good experience, hotel staff were not friendly. They stated that the per person deposit they requested at check in, it would be returned after checking out and one of them inspect the rooms. Definitely not returning back to this location

Overall good place to stay. It's clean and the staff is helpful. The building is aging and it does show in the bathroom in particular, but it's still perfectly usable. You can listen to pretty much everything that is going on in the adjacent rooms.

Property had a pool, is in a good area, and for the price I paid it was a good deal. I did not like that I felt someone went into my room when I wasn't there. I checked in at 4pm went into the room for 5 minutes to leave my bag and didn't come back until 11pm. When I came back the room lights where already on and the television was turned on. I instantly felt something was wrong, I never touched the TV when I went in to just leave my bag. The TV was playing baby cartoons, which I found very odd. Nothing was missing in my bag, but I know for a fact that I did not touch the television or nor would I have left the lights on when at 4pm the room was brightly lit from the sunlight. I don't know if someone accidently went in or what happen, but it did make me feel like someone was snooping.

The hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel, but it is not. The facilities are rundown! It looks old! The windows don’t close, the shower looks dirty, the beds are not comfortable.

Close to 2 hours to check in due to a lack of hot water. Some units had poor water pressure. Requested a quiet room and they put me in a room where a nightclub nearby BLASTED music from 9pm to 4am.

Old property in an up market and quiet area. Staff are great, room size ok, cold showers almost every day of 7 day stay. Easy bus service into Centro (629) . Good wifi. Restaurant tasty food and cheap. Once renovated this place will be very popular.

Terrible disappointed with Expedia!! At check in time, I was informed that I had an economy room, which meant : NO AIR CONDITIONING!! Their explanation was that this was what Expedia sent. Well, unfortunately Expedia doesn’t tell you that there are 5 different categories to choose from. The manager contacted Expedia and Iwas told to cancel the reservation and they would look for another hotel!! This was totally unacceptable as who in their right mind after traveling all day would go somewhere else? The hotel itself is nice, very clean and the staff is incredible helpful. Thumbs up to manager Joaquin and Chuy. The restaurant is also veryyyy nice.
