The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and everything was very good, but I confused the name of the hotel with another one that had almost the same name and was in the center and I couldn't cancel.

The hotel provided the basics, a room, a bed, and breakfast. The bathrooms did not have outlets so you had to dry your hair in the bedroom but there were not outlets except the one by the lamp, thus no access to mirror. The hot water was hit and miss. Sometimes yes sometimes no. On the last day we had no water period. The staff was friendly. We had an ironing board but no iron but they provided an iron when we requested it. We were able to walk to the town center which was convenient.

Good hotel, friendly staff. One downside is the area around hotel. Abandoned buildings around. But a few blocks away you can find a very good dining spots. And close (10 minutes) to the city center. Overall good hotel for the price.

I don’t think there’s enough space to say how much I enjoyed my stay. The staff are always making sure you’re comfortable. They’re very polite and friendly. I’ll definitely book again if the event I go to is nearby.

The property is nice and clean, it's the staff who couldn't find my reservation even with a confirmation number and they took more than 1 hour to give me my room. Very disappointing.

There was a Cockroach
Everything in this hotel is good, according to the price. The location is good to move around Guadalajara. BUT there was a big cockroach in the bathroom.

Overall the hotel was good. Rooms were cute and comfortable. Breakfast was included but we didn't eat. Parking was included and just across the street. We were there only for one night but if it were longer, would have chosen a different hotel. The location was a bit of a distance from where we were going. The big disappointment was no wifi in the rooms, only available in the public areas.

El hotel es bonito, las habítaciones siempre estaban impecables. La experiencia la hizo por completo la recepcionista del turno de la tarde, olvidé su nombre, sorry, pero era un amor de persona, súper amable y servicial desde el día que llegamos hasta el día que nos fuimos, ¡mil gracias! En cuanto al hotel, lo único que no estuvo padre fue la zona en la que se encuentra puesto que los taxistas nos comentaron que es muy inseguro, y eso nos limitó a salir por las noches, además está lejos de todo lo bonito de Guadalajara, por lo cual siempre viajábamos minimo 1 hr díaria y gastábamos mucho en UBER.

1- No elevator, I had to go up the stairs to the 3rd floor. 2- People talking at a level that woke me up multiple time la throughout the night. 3- Mattress uncomfortable on the hard side, pillows not comfortable.
