The men staff that are managers are so un educated. They took my room key and told me to check out because I was walking out with a bag pack . I was just going to go wash my clothes to a laundry mat. The noise from the traffic is horrible can’t sleep and the windows are not giving any privacy . I had to pin the curtains to close them.

No me gusto no casi no avia agua en el sink y cuando ya avia estava susia y olia feo la regarera estaba llena de sarro y tapoco salía casi agua de la taza del baño ni ablar

My room did not have the remote for the air conditioner. The bell boy who helped said oh just get it tomorrow with maintenance. We said ok but the rim was beginning to get to cold and we couldn’t turn it off with out the remote. had to go to reception amd they gave me one. Bell boy who first helped us was not friendly and did want to help. Second bell boy was very helpful and showed me hoy to use the remote.

Getaway Trip
I booked a super saver room which was small but comfortable, clean and very affordable. I didn't spend much time in my room except to sleep. No coffee maker in my room but there was a safe in the adequate closet together with iron and ironing board. Also hairdryer in the bathroom which was a little cramped but adequate and clean. Good location for my needs and close to 2 shopping malls. Overall a good hotel and I would stay again.

En la habitación en la que nos quedamos cómo está el hotel a un lado de una vía muy transitada & con puentes en la noche se riamos que temblaba pero era por el movimiento de los carros. Era mínimo el movimiento pero para que no los sorprenda.

Los cuartos muy chicos
El cuarto que nos dieron no fue para nada lo que se ve en las fotos ni lo que reserve. El cuarto era muy chico y con dos camas individuales cuando habia reservado camas matrominiales. El hotel en general es viejo

La Hab con Camas Individuales son Tipo Estándar que fue lo que usted reservo. Nos hubiera comentado y con mucho gusto les hubiéramos hecho el cambio para su mayor comodidad. Los esperamos.

Hotel is clean as you walk in, very quiet. We only stayed from 11pm till 7am and had no complaints. They changed our room whwn we checked in, they upgraded due to availability, but it worked on our side. The one we stayed in had one bathroom shower that wasnt working, had to go tk the other room and use the other shower instead as the first one had no heated water.... this hotel is easy to locate on convenient parking, plus it is close to the hospitals.

Nice but loud
The hotel is very clean and maintained, and the gentlemen who attended to you are very professional and courteous. However the noise in that hotel at night will keep you from sleeping well. You can hear and sometimes feel the other guests running up and down the hall, hear their conversations with no regards to who else is in the other rooms.

The weather was hot. And the AC was broken and the only fan in the room was broken as well , and they refused to give me another room with functioning AC or fan.
