Excellent location.Posted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: Rooms are suitable and clean.
Location: This is the one asset I really enjoy about this hotel. The location is perfect. I recommend the I Latina bar, El Bariachi, La Bodeguita del Medio, etc
The hotel is clean and suitable for children. The staff is somewhat helpful. The night shift is pretty bad though. **MAKE SURE to double check your tab or check at the restaurant, the 1st time they tried to overcharge me for a beer (the beer was $3, they tried to charge me $10), the 2nd time they tried to charge me double the items I consumed (I had lunch and they tried to charge me twice for the same thing). Both times they adjusted the check, however, I don't think this is a "healthy" way of doing business or inviting people to go back to the hotel.

new hotel located close to all our amentity needsPosted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: everything it had to offer especially the location
Location: great restaurants, view of new bridge beautifully designed as a cable bridge great color at night. nice casino close by clubs, eateries etc.
very friendly staff, restaurant nice outdoor patio area very peaceful and relaxing, food and drinks good, staff service superior. business area perfect multiple cubicals with desks and computers, refreshing compared to other hotel stays usually only one or two computers. even have a beverage table morning fresh coffee and cookies, pastries. pretty impressed Marriott doesn't even do that.

Enjoyable stay, but don't depend on wake-up call.Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Large, clean, comfortable, staff friendly & bilingual.
Cons: Provide wake up calls when requested. Provide washcloths & hand towels - not just bath towels & bath mat. Don't tolerate bell-hops who act so sleepy.
Location: Good location.
Room was clean. Shower was lovely. But no washcloths or hand towels provided - only bath towels & bath mat. Staff was bilingual and friendly - but they didn't give the wake-up call they promised. (Room's alarm clock worked though.) Cab was on time next morning. Bell-hop in evening was friendly and eager to serve. The morning bell-hop acted like he needed a nap.

Great place for the price.Posted Sep 19, 2013
Pros: Cleanli.ness, front desk staff and the class of the hotel
Cons: Bartenders were very inpersonable and not as attentive as the could have been
Location: This hotel is in the expo area and you have to walk a little bit to do anything, but the area is nice, clean and safe.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and and very nice for the price of the room. The front desk staff was very friendly, especially Rebeca who took care of everything I needed and was extremely helpful to me. She remembered my name during my stay after only having checked me in and I didn't even talk to her until two days after check in, but she called me by name!!! That is customer service. The only downfall was the restaurant/bar staff. They could have been a bit more attentive and friendly, but they weren't terrible. Overall, a great place to stay. I don't think you will find a nicer hotel at the price. Would have given the hotel a rating of excellent had the restaurant staff been just a little better.

Just need a little bit of updatePosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Bed & pillows. Restaurant.
Cons: Room appliances.
Location: Chapultepec avenue (10min): a lot of restaurants and disco to hangout. Historical Downtown (15min): almost 8 blocks of historical buildings.
The hotel ubication its great: near to the modern zone of Gudalajara and really close to downtown (10-15min). Nice stay. Clean room & bath. Just need a little update on some room appliances: My room was equiped with an old CRT TV, right now on 2013!. There's no microwave neither mini-freezer. The bed & pillows were great. I had a nice sleep.. In the other hand, mexican food in the restaruant (BF) is really enjoyable: nice taste, almost 100% fat-less, fresh orange juice and a lot of options if you select the "breakfast-buffet" option (12$ aprox). The complimentary breakfast consist of fruit (a medium plate with some melon, papaya, watermelon, etc) a basket of toast and butter, honey, jelly and coffe & juice. Seems enough for average people.

Simple. Clean. Comfortable.Posted Jul 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
To use few words, this hotel was perfect for my taste. A minimalist/modern style, clean room, quiet, nice shower, friendly staff and good rate. It also has a nice view from the halls windows of the Puente Matute Remus ( a nice bridge) that looks great at night.
