Pleasant hotel close to English storePosted Jul 31, 2013
Pros: c- Comments have been made above.
Cons: Cable or satellite TV would be helpful as this is a stop over hotel rather than a holiday stay hotel perhaps
Location: The address given was not recognised by our satellite navigation system and we spent a frustrating hour and a half trying to find the hotel
We arrived later than expected at the hotel but were able to get room service which was quick and good. The hotel was obviously not full and looked to be used for business travellers. The breakfast was an excellent self service buffet and the staff were most helpful.

nice hotelPosted May 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
It's a nice hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast is great, but the rooms could some updating. The location is perfect if you need travel to the hospital - it's in walking distance.

Great low-key hotel in a great low-key city!Posted Nov 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
A clean, quiet , well priced hotel in a safe neighborhood. About a 15 minute cab ride from the high speed train station, a couple of blocks from a mall with a HUGE grocery store, and about a 10 minute walk from town. Great little cafes, bars, and restaurants in town. Free WiFi too. What more could you ask for?

Great for a stop over around MadridPosted Aug 19, 2011 on Hotels.com
High quality hotel with close by cafes and supermarket. Breakfast is very expensive unless you get it as part of your room rate. Car parking is very secure with an easy access underground carpark.

It is a large hotel , very stylish and clean. Very comfortable large double room with bathroom. Breakfast was not included in price but was good value. Large gated car park in front of hotel.

Great business hotelPosted Sep 29, 2010
Used during personal travel. Had bullfight tickets delivered to hotel earlier in the week, and on check-in, they were handed to me. Without even asking. Very satisfied.

Carillon Inn in Panama City BeachPosted Sep 9, 2010 on Hotels.com
I was required to pay an additional $69 for cleaning and 'taxes" . i was under the belief that Hotels.com already. collected 'taxes'. The room they gave us looked like it hadn't been used in years. The balcony was entirely encased in spider webs and insect nests. They did change it to a more :"recently" used room. Though I was paying for 'cleaning' they told me I was expected to wash the dishes before leaving. There was no paper towels or tissues. These are not supplied items. Just toilet paper, 2 sets of towels and 1 hotel sized tiny hand soap bar and bath bar for two people. Three nights but no change of linens or towels. Once in the second room, we needed maintenance to get the two TV's working and to clean out the bathtub drain which was backing up. The tub was dirty so we used the packet of dishwasher cleaner to clean the tub. Except for the worn and dirty carpets, everything was fine
