Not a good experience.Posted Sep 5, 2014
Pros: it had a "gym" or work out room.
I arrived late after a long flight on business. My room smelt of strong cleaner, opened the door to a chair that had the covering ripped off, I am not exaggerating when I say that I questioned if it was picked up of the side of the road. The chair was the first thing I saw when I walked in...talk about a poor first impression. The sofa was covered with the Bedspread, the carpet was stained, I entered further in to the bed area, and felt an immediate need to check the mattress and sheets, and then proceeded to bathroom where the fixtures were rusted out and the handles on the door were missing...not to mention the mold on the yellowed floor mat in the shower. I went back to the front desk to complain of the chair ( i have lived in 3rd world countries- the bed was clean as far as I could tell, so I was fine to sleep for the evening and cancel the rest of my stay) at the front desk they were happy to give me another room, so I checked it out...no way... my first terrible room seemed better. The next morning I reminded them to change my chair. I was on business so sitting at the desk was critical... I was not sitting on the covered sofa...just felt dirty. When I returned to my room late in the day, the door to my room was open...yes, open with my personal belongings exposed to any passerby. I reported this and asked to cancel, where i was reminded my stay was nonrefundable. I was given a breakfast voucher as a courtesy, which was not accepted for the purchase of oatmeal w banana.

It was my last option...Posted Aug 5, 2014
Cons: Water pressure, softer bed and clean the sinks!
Due to the heavy tourist season, all the Hotels were either booked or very expensive. I was not left with too many options and I stayed here for 1 night. Thank goodness because I could not have stayed here another night. No water pressure in the shower, temperature fluctuate too much and the drainage in the bathroom sink and the "kitchen" sink smelled bad! Hard to wash up! The free water bottles were a nice touch but they left a half full bottle too... This place is only ok in a pinch... I was reminded of, why I don't stay here...

Friendly Staff but hotel was in pretty bad shape.Posted Jul 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
When you first walk in the door the hotel is in great shape. I was greeted by friendly staff working the front desk. The staff is the only saving grace of this place. Got to my room, wifi didn't work, tv remote didn't work, walls were stained, bathroom had a funny smell. It did the job as a place to sleep during a layover, but I would not spend more then one night there.

Good enoughPosted Jul 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room and shower were clean. Bed comfortable. Overall good sleep quality. Staff were ok. Concierge friendly and chatty. Not on trolley bus route but shuttle to Guam Premier outlet every 3 hours, booking needed. Used by airlines for delayed passengers. Budget priced.

Nice and clean.Posted Jul 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room was very nice and clean. The price was affordable. Kind front desk was a plus. But it was located a bit far from the beach. And the wifi was broken on the last day of my stay...

Hotel is close to Tumon BayPosted Jun 17, 2014
Overall... very good, air conditioning very noisy... toilet tissue holder has locking device, which makes pulling on tissues very difficult (easy to correct, I'm sure).
