It should be a crime to photoshop your pictures you have listed for the rooms. They are run down and dirty. Vents are full of dirt and dust, maybe mold too. I think there was a blood stain on the floor. You should not stay here. I’m glad we didn’t stay a long time. The only clean thing in the hotel was the bed.

You can smell the drainage (sink, bathtub and floor) in the bathroom from the bed. Always had to cover drainage with trash can and other things I can find

Tub drain was clogged and rug was stained. We also had to ask for blankets on the bed. It was the more affordable place thiuggh so I guess it all makes sense.

Great location, clean but older hotel. I enjoyed the hotels accessible shuttle across the street and great restaurants walking distance. Theres a cute church near by and a police access point. Very safe.

Booked this place for work; it was well over my limit so work complained, but I very few supposedly good options at the time I booked. This place was almost $200/night but I didn't feel it was worth it. The whole place is old-looking and needs a major facelift. There are many hotels in Guam that charge less and are up to date in accommodations and services. The room I had had dated furniture and lamp/light fixtures. My pillows smelled and all I had was a very thin sheet to cover me at night. I had to turn off the AC because I woke up shivering the first night. The carpet needs to be replaced in the room and the water pressure for the toilet was weak. I had to depress the toilet flush-button for a good 15 seconds before I could let go to ensure the contents were fully flushed. The fridge/freezer was not cold (ice cream melted) and there was no microwave. The curtains couldn't close all the way so I had to use the chair to press against the curtains, which I pulled one over the other to keep them kind of 'closed' for privacy. Other than that, I guess it was ok. I just had to do the curtain-chair thing, keep the AC off at night because no comforter, and keep asking front desk to help with me with spotty internet in the beginning. Oh, and the bed was a bit hard and also the old spring-type. I wanted to move out the first night, but I don't think their refund policy is that good. It's a place to have a roof over your head but that was it. Internet had issues...tv was up to date.

The room smelled because the AC needed cleaning and service. The balcony was full of pigeon crap and unusable. Not all was bad. The pool was nice. The area was nice. I liked the beach. The trolley stop was convenient.

I frequent the hotel and despite the dirty carpet, dated bathroom, and lack of dining or entertainment, I do not mind the rest I get. This past booking, my bed was filthy and stunk with someone’s vomit and filth! I also had to request for another towel and blanket which were small and seemed old with a stench.

The rooms were terrible, The shower handle pulled completely off the wall and the sink was cracked, There were only 2 bath towels, and the beds only had a flat sheet (No blankets or comforters). Very disappointed.

3 Stars - Has some good, has some not good.
Pros Comfortable beds. Fridge. Water Kettle. Safety Box. Beach Towels Available. Close to a public beach; a 1 minute walk. Front Desk staff was kind. House Slippers provided. Cons: Building is older and rooms reflect the age both in looks and in smell. Part of ceilings are in visible repair (literally) but for the middle-of-the-road hotel, not bad. Safety Box was broken. Hotel had a tech fix it immediately; that was nice. Fridge broke; hotel replaced it asap, that was nice too. Sliding door is not leveled to floor and stubbed my toe first night and bruised badly for the entire trip. Again, dated sliding doors. Being close to a public beach is nice. However, first 3 nights we were awaken from 3-5 AM with people screaming, whistling, partying... I am sure the hotels around this public beach deal with the same thing, but something to keep in mind. Overall: you get what you pay for and I would stay here again.

I checked in for a 2 night stay waiting for my lease to be approved. The owner was on vacation, so i kept extending 1 night at a time. The staff accommodated me graciously. The carpeting is old and it really shows. The breakfast buffet is $25 per person and with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and augrautin potatoes as the only choices, we passed and went somewhere reasonable. The pool is small but never crowded. Parking is not fun. Your rental car will get scratches. No microwave in room is very inconvenient. A desk or table tall enough to eat or work at would be nice. The TV is tiny. The beds are too firm.

The carpet was extremely dirty. No toothpaste was provided for some reason. Be aware that taxi ride is $25 one way excluding tip, as there's no shuttle. View is very nice though.

Room was very clean and bed super comfy. Nice bath towels, reliable Wifi. Staff was friendly & efficient. Love the balcony. Restaurant was first class and lots of things nearby. Hotel is older but for the price it was excellent. Also spacious rooms.

It was pretty decent; we enjoyed watching the fireworks for new years since it was a great view overlooking Tumon. I would stay here again. The kids had fun at the pool and it was convenient that we could watch them from the balcony. Gym was out of order so that’s that.

Location is very very good, beach front hotel. No near convenience store but guam is quite small that you can visit some 24 hour marts by car. Reception was not very accomodating. We arrived 5am hoping for early checkin without fee but they didnt allow. We also mentioned that on the last day we will checkout at 1am, but no consideration. We got 2 rooms and good thing we got an interconnected rooms. The toilet in my room is broken. The maintenance guy fixed it on the first day, and it just keeps getting broken and we reported several times and just gave up. This is an old hotel, so there is no bidet. The soap dispenser is also not dispensing properly and the shower head has very little water coming out. All these, we have to raise over and over again. We also reported an issue with my sister's room. After coming back to hotel in the 2nd day, my sister's mini disinfectant spray is missing. She has allergies on bed bugs that why she uses it. We reported to the reception at night and the reception just told me "we have no housekeeping at this time" so i have to tell her that she needs to endorse it but no feedback. Oh they also dont really check everything, when we arrived there are 3 canned beers on the fridge from the previous guest. Overall, the location of the hotel is really good. Near the beach and has parking space for guests. The swimming pool is closed, the gym is under rennovation. The housekeeping and front office reception customer service are bad.

This property is like a mausoleum - cold, sterile, with very few guests. My stay was fine and staff was helpful, but in terms of the servicing my room, they sure got stingy with towels!
