Nice view from the room, but.........Posted Nov 27, 2012
It was nice that all rooms seem to be ocian view, but this hotel is very old. It must be nice & modern about 20 years ago. Food was expensive like Japanese price. We would not eat in hotel if we have time to look around in the town. The pool hours are very short that is closed at 8 PM so nothing to do in the evening.

Vacation on GuamPosted Jul 6, 2012
Pros: The water slide and pool was a great addition for my family.
Cons: No wi-fi
Location: The view was beautiful
The staff was very helpful. When I arrived a found out that I was on a ground floor, which I prefer not to have. The staff was will to try and find me a different room and they did find me a higher floor. Very good customer service.

Thank You!!!Posted May 18, 2012 on Hotels.com
I had a great time! Plan on staying there again. I came to Guam on business but maybe will return for a vacation someday. Staff were excellent! I mean everyone... I found myself after a few days just hanging around the hotel, swimming and enjoying the facilities. Tumon Village is a bit touristy for my tastes but is probably good for those who like to shop. I would recommend the "Pacific War" tour to anyone traveling there. Six hours for 40 bucks and includes lunch. Pickup right at the hotel. Adolf is very knowledgeable. Yeah Nikko!!

Great view, but old and blah service.Posted Apr 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
Fantastic location and view of the bay! The hotel sits right next to the "Beach Bar at Gun Beach" which is possibly the chillest place in Guam. The only downside is that the hotel is getting really old and showing its age. Also the service of the hotel is very Japanese, and thus does not attempt to go the extra mile. There is no wi-fi, no fitness center, and the furnishings are old.

Still my choice next timePosted Apr 3, 2012
Pros: Great ocean view in guest room
Cons: No wifi access at room
Location: Though it's not located in most bustling area but free shuttle is easy to get every 20 minutes. You may also talk a walk to downtown Tumon in 10 mins.
Compare to my previous 2 nights stayed in Holiday Resort, Nikko is definitely way better than Holiday in any way!!! Great ocean view in each guest room, friendly hotel staff. I will return for sure next time I visit Guam.

Overpriced for oldPosted Mar 27, 2012
Cons: Internet charge
Location: Furthest north hotel in Tumon
The rooms had peeling paint in some areas, and the $16 a day Internet charge is old school hotel charges. The view was the only highlight. Not mad, but there are better choices in Tumon for the money.
