Enjoyed the Water ParkPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was suitable for part of our visit to Guam. It was convenient to the Guam Premium Outlets and the Naval Base. The water park was good except the height restrictions were unnecessarily a few inches too high for my very short, strong enough swimmer, 8 year old son. We were there for four nights and he prefered to go the a different water park called Tarza. Also was not happy with the fact that the pool located at the hotel itself closed at 8pm. The rooms itself was spacious and comfortable enough. I did enjoy a massage at the Thai Spa located on the property.

Waterpark, clean, and fairly simple.Posted Jul 5, 2013
Only complaints are that the internet service was not free and wouldn't connect one night. Waterpark looked a little shabby but also looked pretty fun. Jet lag put me to sleep without using it, but would definitely come back just for that if I was on a longer trip. Surprisingly good gym, once you figure out it's semi-obscure location within the waterpark. Looked like there were jet ski rentals and tube rides in the bay. Scores of friendly Japanese tourists (not suffering from jet lag) appeared to be really enjoying the place and activities. Staff was friendly if a bit dim at times. Definitely well intentioned. I'd stay here again and would have no problem recommending this place to family or friends. KO

Nice hotel to stay at for waterpark convenience.Posted Jul 3, 2013
Pros: View from the balcony and the beds were comfortable. Our dinner at the Caravel Italian restaurant was amazing. The waterpark was a lot of fun.
Cons: Bathroom head isn't tall enough, tv reception was bad, the buffet breakfast was horrible, and the spa rooms jacuzzi needs to have its jets fixed!
Location: Was a nice location. The waterpark was great to visit. The movie theater, mall, and chuckecheeses is a few minute drive in the taxi.
We stayed at the Onward resort for one night. We went to the waterpark, used the jacuzzi room, dined at the caravel Italian restaurant, and used the game room. The next morning we went to the buffet breakfast, got to use the canoe, and go to the waterpark again before our leave.

Great Waterpark for hotel guest to use.Posted Jun 20, 2013
Free water park is a bonus. Room was clean and great for the price. Only one draw back-- the beds were too firm. No place to get breakfast at the hotel-- not that we knew of. There's a decent restaurant two blocks down that we walked to for breakfast. Nice walk on the beach.

doesnt worth the moneyPosted Dec 11, 2012
I paid alot of money for the room. I didnt get the ocean view for the price that I paid that is crazy... the faucet leaked, and it didnt have a refrigerator so i could keep my beverages cold or get one if I wanted one and the room definetly doesnt worth for the price... I will never come back to this hotel again.

Not worth the money....Posted Jul 10, 2012
Pros: Le Premier food/staff were great. Made an effort to greet each customer as they entered/exited the restaurant.
Cons: Rooms were yuck.
Location: Not in the mainstream so you would have to drive to sites/restaurants.
Stayed at this hotel because we were having an event at one of the restaurants. The staff of the Le Premier were very accommodating and great. However, the management refused to give us a "courtesy" early check in and check out unless we paid for it. With the amount of money we spent over the weekend, we expected more. There was no "free" Wi-Fi or internet connection and no bell staff. The parking lot was quite a distance to/from the hotel so checking in/out with a couple of kids in tow was not easy. The rooms had a lot to be desired. Our room was musty, had poor lighting, furniture was falling apart and just felt plain uncomfortable. Was so ready to check out & go home after the first night. Do not plan on staying there in the near future.

Onward Beach ResortPosted Jun 22, 2012 on Hotels.com
Overall the staff was great~ hotel was in great location with the water park and beach access. Parking was weird. No room service so you would pay prime prices for dinner if you didn't leave the resort. At the end of a day you just wanted something simple with 2 boys 10 and 13 traveling with you from Texas to Guam. I loved the bathtub and window overlooking the ocean. It was quiet.
