Too far from everything...even the airport

this hotel is no longer a hotel, as they will be taking long term section 8. this is evident with no ice machine. no laundry, serious lack of towels and pillows in the room. The front desk staff are polite.

Palmridge needs a major renovation! The carpet in the hallway are pockmarked with stain that made my son comment "Did someone die here and dragged on the carpet?" The staff is friendly and helpful though.

送迎について、最悪で 空港内で1時間ぐらい待たされました。 送迎の車もディズインの名前で、かなり不安な思いになりました。 チェックインも日本語が全く通じません。別の方は、”ゴキブリ”がいてるから気をつけて!と・・・・・ でも。でませんでした。 ただ 価格的には、仕方ないかなあ~ でも、グアムは、いいところです。

The room stunk, plain and simple. Not enough water to take a shower, no bottle water and the curtain had fallen down... Bottom line do not go there...

Thoroughly Disappointing

We have visited Guam six times and this was by far the worst hotel stay we've had. Our room was not ready at check-in so we came back an hour later. After being in the dingy room for less than 90min, my husband noticed that when the people above us took a shower it began to rain down our bathroom wall on the first floor. They moved us to another room on the third floor. Thankfully it did not leak. The floors were damp and disgusting. The internet connection was horrific. The maid service was reliable but not neat. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed at far nicer (and cheaper) hotels in Tumon. This vacation we were just trying to get away from the touristy-side of Guam but I learned my lesson. I would rather camp on the beach or pay more money than return to this establishment. The only positive I have to say is that the condition of the room genuinely encouraged us to stay out and about rather than remain inside.

Pros: Pick-up service from the airport, friendly staff ...
Cons: Carpet needs to be replaced ... it's old and musty ...
Location: Behind the airport, on the other side from the terminals ...
I was only there between midnight and 7:30 to transfer to Pohnpei. Staffwasfriendly and helpful. They have a pick-up service (call from the airport) for 5 bucks. Getting back the next morning was for free. They don't offer breakfast; there's internet (2 compuetrs in the lobby) ... poverall, not bad for the price ...
