this hotel is no longer a hotel, as they will be taking long term section 8. this is evident with no ice machine. no laundry, serious lack of towels and pillows in the room. The front desk staff are polite.

Palmridge needs a major renovation! The carpet in the hallway are pockmarked with stain that made my son comment "Did someone die here and dragged on the carpet?" The staff is friendly and helpful though.

The room stunk, plain and simple. Not enough water to take a shower, no bottle water and the curtain had fallen down... Bottom line do not go there...

Thoroughly Disappointing

We have visited Guam six times and this was by far the worst hotel stay we've had. Our room was not ready at check-in so we came back an hour later. After being in the dingy room for less than 90min, my husband noticed that when the people above us took a shower it began to rain down our bathroom wall on the first floor. They moved us to another room on the third floor. Thankfully it did not leak. The floors were damp and disgusting. The internet connection was horrific. The maid service was reliable but not neat. I would not recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed at far nicer (and cheaper) hotels in Tumon. This vacation we were just trying to get away from the touristy-side of Guam but I learned my lesson. I would rather camp on the beach or pay more money than return to this establishment. The only positive I have to say is that the condition of the room genuinely encouraged us to stay out and about rather than remain inside.

Musty hallways. Airconditioner turned off every hour and had to keep resetting all night. Got little or no sleep due to not being able to keep the room cooled off.

Palmridge Inn is near the airport so you could hear the planes taking off, but if you're not too sensitive with the noise, it's tolerable. Besides the plane takes of usually every afternoon so it doesn't bother me at all. It's quiet at night and you and your family can rest well. The staff are very accommodating and friendly with guest.
