“Don't waste your time here!”
My wife and I stayed four nights, and we were very disappointed in the lack of quality of service from this hotel. Empty bottles, paper, and a large garbage can sat in or near the lobby uncontested for more than a day. Complimentary bottles of water are offered only one time. A 12 cup coffee maker is provided but only two small packets of INSTANT coffee are displayed. No additional bottled water, no water boiler, and no condiments; so even if you wanted to brew coffee, you'd have to purchase coffee, filters, and condiments from outside. No Coffee shop. The Housekeeping was pathetic, to say the least. They provide liquid shower gel, but failed to refilled it. Wash towels were not provided... we had to purchase them from the mall. The room attendant actually forget to take the Master Room Key. The fitness center was mediocre and neglected, consisting of outdated (or used) Nautilus machines, a low quality Elliptical glider, a low quality Treadmill, no towels, no water, no television (there was a mount), and no music. The breakfast buffet is headlined by an insultingly overpriced cost. Such a price is not indicative of a value in any establishment (which probably explains the mostly empty dining room). Downgrade the star rating!
