“Sheraton pleasantly surprized”

Guam pleasantly surprised us and the Sheraton was a good choice for my wife and young baby - beautiful room with a beautiful view. You will want a car staying here - shopping and looking around some of the sites are so easy when you have a car and then the location of the hotel doesn't become a factor

“Next trip to Guam, we'll stay at the Sheraton Laguna”

Next trip to Guam, we'll stay at the Sheraton Laguna again. The only possible disadvantage is that it is located away from the Tumon Bay strip, which has plenty of positives as well. The hotel and the rooms are just beautiful. The back courtyard and infinity pool are a sight to see. The standard room was absolutely up to 5-Star standards and included a luxurious bathroom. A true resort, one could stay there all day. The breakfast buffet offered an impressively large range of choices. The gym and spa are top notch. I got up early to watch a world cup game right on TVs built into the gym equipment. Add the pool and the beach (accessed by stairs), and why would one go anywhere else? That said, you can easily drive to many convenient locations and you'll still have a spot in their large parking lot when you return. One evening, we ate at 'The President' Japanese restaurant where you'll spend a little more than other places, but be treated to a world class meal and experience. This place would be great for a couple who are looking for a romantic setting as well as for families who need plenty to things for the kids to do. From he moment we drove up, the service was spot on. We asked for a received a late checkout at no charge to accommodate our flight schedule.

“Love it!”

Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub on our private balcony! We were upgraded to this suite due to overbooking and could not have been more happy. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too and the staff, especially Frank at the hotel bar was the best! Kudos to him! He definitely made us feel very welcome!

“A room with a view!”

The room was one of the corner ocean view suites. It was large and comfortable. The jacuzzi was great and in perfect working order. The views from any window or balcony was wonderful. This room includes access to the Club Lounge which offers complementary food, snacks and drinks 24 hours a day. The room had Wired Internet but only in the living room. Wi-fi dependent devices wouldn't be useable. On the 2nd day I got around this, fortunately I brought my laptop and was able to set it up to act like a Wi-fi hotspot. Was able to use iPad and iPhones on Wi-fi in the room and out on the balconys. The hotel puts on a show in the evenings and it is LOUD. I was on the 7th floor and could hear the music and screams were still loud, couldn't imagine being on a lower floor. It ends around 8pm so it was tolerable. Another point to this is that I think visitors come for dinner and the show, making the parking lot full. It's only for an hour or so, the other great things about the hotel more than make up for that.

“Friendly staff. Great for my family.”

Good staff. All very nice and patient with my 1 year old son. Since this hotel doesn't have direct access to a beach, you should make use of the shop where they offer free canoe rides to the island nearby and will drive you to other beaches, and give you snorkeling gear and other equipment, for $20 per person. Worth it since the bus is $8 return and many people will need to borrow snorkels, fins, etc. anyway.

“Good one just in Guam”

Sheraton is a good one among the hotels in Guam. But you should know, compared with Sheraton in other countries, it provides lower quality of services, especially old room condition, some saffs not kind(bell man), salty foods, etc. However, my family enjoyed activities in the hotel and shopping at the malls. Anyway, we will try Hyatt next time.

“Overall Very Nice”

Overall the Hotel was very nice, there were however a few areas that could use improvement. There is no wifi in the rooms (cable connections only) and it is only available in one area of the lobby. At one point there where 8 of us sitting and standing in the area trying to access the net. As you can image the lag time was very slow. They do have a "business center" where you can use their computers, however this also presented a problem. Due to the "Site Kiosk" program they use, if you receive an email that contains an attachment, if selected, the computer automatically save the file to a folder you can't access. The hotel could also use one restraurant or lounge that was open 24 hours. I found that there were several of us wondering around at 4:00am Guam time because our internal clocks said it was lunch time. Just a place where you could get coffee and rolls would be nice.

“Relaxing, Friendly Atmosphere”

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Guam for about a week on vacation with a friend. The hotel is a little further from the main hotel strip, but there's a free shuttle to the Duty Free Shopping center on the strip that runs every hour, so that makes it accessible. We had a great time lounging by the pool and the hotel staff were very friendly. However, the service wasn't the greatest - our room didn't get cleaned for several days, and the one time we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, we weren't very satisfied. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

“Would go back”

Satisfied but the location is a far from all the action and the beach isn't that great. Loved the infinity pool and the Japanese restaurant "President". The room was clean and had the greatest view of the ocean. Would recommend to friends but next time I'd like to stay in the Tumon area.

“Good Hotel but location is bad”

The view and the room is really good! it's fantastic. However, while other hotels are at the "main" downtown location, Sheraton is quite far. Need a ride to the downtown or to the restaurant. If the trip is for just swimming and having leisure time at the hotel, I would recommand this hotel. However, the hotel buffet is terrible!!! Go eat somewhere else, outside. Another bad thing is... there is no beach... I would recommend this hotel for those travelers who will rental car and travelers without kids. Other than the bad location, this hotel has great Great GREAT!!! view!! and Quiet rooms! no one will bother you~
