Pros: The receptionist were always helpful.
Cons: The 'hotel' needs a whole new make-over e.g carpet, furniture etc. The restaurant inside the hotel was closed until further notice.
Location: Close to GPO by taxi ($6-$7) and near the airport. From GPO catch a bus ($4) to other malls, stores.
I couldn't wait to get out of there. You had to wait for 15mins for the hot water to come on so you can have a shower. I didn't feel safe. There are three locks on the door and it wasn't realiable since it look as if someone tried to forcefully open the door. The whole way looked scary, the carpet needs to be washed. Microwave is downstairs near the reception. It's more like a motel instead of a hotel.

Better than I expectedPosted Apr 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
From the outside, this hotel looks seedy. The lobby is nothing special. There's no elevator so the guy at check-in carried my bag up to the 3rd floor. The hallway was hot and dark. There were video cameras mounted on the ceiling on either side of my room, which was located about midway down the hall. Once in the room, my uneasiness went away. The room was clean and comfortable. The couch was worn and had zero support, so it was better to sit on the bed to watch tv. There was a mini-fridge, but it wasn't plugged in. The a/c was off when I got in the room, but within a few minutes the room was cooled down and more comfortable. The room definitely served it's purpose. I only stayed one night because my other hotel was not available my first night on the island. For the money, this hotel was good and I would stay here again if I need an overnight. Not sure it would do for more than that for me.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast! Friendly and supportive staffs. Location was not too bad ... Takes just a few mins walk to nana train station and to shops and market. Love the fruits esp big sweet tasty guavas, mangoes, tamarinds, pineapples, etc along street vendors. We really had a great productive stay there!!

We have stayid only one day or better to say view hours only. The hotel lobby is simple without any extras, don't have an elevator which is very inconvenient if you have luggage. The room was big we had two bed's eich is around 1.2m wide, also the room has a sofa and a smal tea table. The cleanes was ok but not more. In the morning we had no hot water and wall's are very thin as we could hear our neighbours singing.

No a bad place to crashPosted Aug 20, 2012
Pros: It was available on short-notice.
Cons: No free airport shuttle.
Location: $15-taxi ride from the airport, didn't seem close enough to anything.
Not a resort or anything but not a bad place to crash for a night or two. About a $15 taxi ride from the airport (no free shuttle service). No elevator, just stairs. It's a bit run-down but everything is at least a bit run-down on Guam. A/C worked great, staff was friendly. They had free Wi-Fi (which I couldn't access) but charged for a computer in the lobby.
