“Will definitely come back again !”

You don't want to miss the great ocean view by staying at 19th or 20th floor where you will have access to royal beach club lounge situated at 21st floor for evening cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and free internet access.

“Need training”

THe room was good, restaurant for was of good variety and quality, pool and beach quiet and great. My only say is that the reception desk should be trained to receive and depart guest. No attention, no smile, no questions if anything needed or everything was good, just straight business, give me your credit card and go! and that whole occupancy was low, no one in the reception at the time I departed. I will expect a different from this hotel, but same owner owns the Sheraton hotel LAguna Guam, and there the attention of staff was great throughout the hotel.

“Guam”

Stayed at the Westin. Great hotel, with one of the best parts of the beach right outside. I don't think I'd stay anywhere else in the area.

“Not Impressed”

The Westin was OK, but not as good as I expected for the money. We had numerous occasions where the staff lacked knowledge on the workings of the hotel. Multiple times we were given wrong information about things like times for a meal, etc. Room service screwed up our order the one time we used it. The hotel wasn't bad, but not great either. Next time we will probably go to the Outrigger.

“Excellent stay”

Had everything we needed. Helpful, attentive staff. Rooms were nice. Pool and beach were excellent. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

“Excellent beach”

The hotel is in good shape and staff very helpful compare to other hotels in the area who are not renovated I will say this is up to expectations of a Westin. The pool area and beach were very nice, quite and the sunset fabulous, for a family vacation and a honeymooners who look for peace small quite clean beach is definitely the right place Food cost is half of Hawaii and Room also cheaper than hawaii Shopping in Guam is not recommended, very weak compare to Hawaii Taxi are 25$ whenever you go so I recommend a rental car if you expect to move around

“Clean and relaxing hotel.”

This place is nicely done.The rooms are clean, somewhat outdated, but still very relaxing with comfortable bed with a down comforter. Since it has the island wood, it is timeless.The bathrooms are very nice and updated.The hotel is angled so that any room has a view from the balcony even if you cannot see it from your bed. You appreciate this place more when sitting in the pool. It is well maintained compared to its neighbor who has the whole side with lots of mold. That place looks pretty gross; the Westin is spotless in comparison. Cons: My initial complaint is of checking-in on a Friday night. I had to request to get a cart to bring all of my items from my car up to my room. It was somewhat less than stellar since it should be common for the valet to ask that. Strike 1 on customer service and first impressions. Later that night, you could here kids, around midnight, screaming on the first level.It sounded like a party.The room is not as well insulated as I thought since you could hear it. Oh well, I can handle it for now. Another main complaint is for anybody who uses modern technology, such as an iPhone or smartphone, iPad or tablet: no Wi-Fi is available in your room. Overall, the hotel is very classy and relaxing. It is not the best I have been to but it is still very nice for Guam. I really wish that they will look into putting into Wi-Fi so all users can use their phones and tablets. I guess that will eventually need to come when the recession is over.

“The best hotel in Guam”

I was very satisfied with my experience at the hotel. There was a couple of minor things that i did not like but it did not ruin my time. One time during my stay i left around eight in the morning and for some reason the house keeping decided not to clean the room until 3:00 that afternoon...Another thing was they never replaced the water but other than that it was beautiful

“Great place if you can get a special”

My first choice when I go to Guam on business. Great location and luxurious. Many high end places on Guam are dodgy. This one isn't. Pricey, but I've lucked out and gotten great advertised week long packages.

“Nice hotel”

Room was nice and clean.　Staff was friendly. Most of the staff could speak Japanese little. Italian restaurant was really nice. If this hotel has information leaflet each room, it was more convenience for us. Anyway, if we went Guam again, we would stay Westin.
