You don't want to miss the great ocean view by staying at 19th or 20th floor where you will have access to royal beach club lounge situated at 21st floor for evening cocktails, soft drinks, coffee and free internet access.

“Not Impressed”

The Westin was OK, but not as good as I expected for the money. We had numerous occasions where the staff lacked knowledge on the workings of the hotel. Multiple times we were given wrong information about things like times for a meal, etc. Room service screwed up our order the one time we used it. The hotel wasn't bad, but not great either. Next time we will probably go to the Outrigger.

“Good location, star rating too high...”

The beach is great and the hotel is on the beach. However, the neighborood has a number of nude dance clubs right accross the hotel. The rooms are bellow the current star rating, but the service is very friendly.

“Just so so”

Location is good, just in the downtown. But compare with Hilton we just stayed the price is too high, the hotel is focused on Japaness guests.

“A relaxing time in Guam!”

There were pros and cons to our visit to the Westin Resort Guam. 1: Bathroom - paint peeling in bathroom and also mouldy 2: Room overall very comfortable and well maintained by cleaner 3: Travel Desk not helpful at all and tried to not even make eye contact. 4: Car hire desk, the opposite to above, staff very helpful and courteous. 5: Reception staff courteous and in the main helpful. 6: Bar and Restaurant staff extremely courteous and helpful 7: Beach hut staff - the same as bar and restaurant staff.
