You feel just like at home!Posted Oct 11, 2013
Pros: Rooms, view from roof patio! Service
Cons: Can't think of anything!
Location: The location is great a bit difficult to find at the beginning but once you get there it's easy to find your way back. Close to downtown
As soon as we got there we were greeted by the owners who took us to our "Catrinas" room which was fabulous! The room was really comfortable and the decorated beautifully! A list of restaurants they recommend was given to us which helped a lot as well as the rate of the taxis. The breakfast was homemade and delicious! To top it all off you can make calls to the USA and Canada for free-It was great to get in touch with my loved ones! We would certainly not only recommend this hotel but return!

Charming colonial homePosted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Everything. Architecture, interior design, furnishing, super comfortable bed, clean, arts & crafts, book collection, flawless warm friendly service.
Cons: Quality of breakfast. Coffee, juice , fruit cocktails, yogurt & toasts are standards, entre is usually Mexican, would prefer a buffet & self-service.
Location: Walking tour. Best deals are from the Artisans market. Visit To Guanajuato is a must!
A true Mexican colonial home, beautiful architecture, warm & cosy with lovely collection of Mexican art & crafts, & books, throughout the house. Each room is tastefully decorated with arts & crafts, colorful & with different theme. Rooftop terrace is another lovely garden with sweeping views of San Miguel, great place to relax with a bottle of wine, dinner & watch the sunsets. The inner court yard garden is so pretty with a fountain & lush tropical plants. The owners, Francisco & Antonida provide friendly & impeccable service. They have provided us a truly comfortable & unforgettable experience in San Miguel.

Fabulous boutique hotel! Worth the extra cost.Posted Sep 30, 2013
Cons: Nothing, but if you could think of something, they would make every effort.
Location: Fabulous views from hilltop location above town. But hilly walk (about 10 min.) as a result. I suggest you walk down & taxi back. Great shopping.
Beautiful decor using local art. Designed & built around an old chapel (included in courtyard). Every need is anticipated in the rooms (flashlight, internet, free phone to USA, videos, music, hair dryer, soaps, etc, etc). Beer, wine, snacks, water, etc. on hand with honor system for payment. Breakfast is wonderful & served on Telavera dishes. All new & immaculately maintained facility. The owners have obviously put every effort into the creation of this very special place.

Great B&BPosted Sep 3, 2013
Pros: The room was great with a very comfortable king size bed. Everything was new/modern including wifi and having an apple tv.
Cons: Nothing. It was great in all aspects.
Location: It was close to the city center. If you did not want to walk, the cab fare was about $3 to anyplance in the city
This was the best B&B we ever stayed at. The setting was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner was so nice and went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable. The B&B has my hihgest recommendation.

Wonderful Place to Stay.Posted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: What I liked most was the staff, the breakfast, and the room. It was all really great actually.
This bed and breakfast is so beautiful and well maintained. I was greeted at the door by the hostess and welcomed warmly. The room was a very nice size and the double shower was perfect. Breakfast is provided in the morning and it was delicious. The view from the veranda is also quite stunning. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone I know. Oh and you have the pleasure of seeing a 17th century chapel every morning. It is right in the middle of the house.

We loved Antigua Capilla and SMAPosted Jun 21, 2013
We thought about staying closer to the center of town but ended up deciding for this B&B. It was quiet, great view of the town and far enough so we could rest and relax. A taxi charges just a couple dollars for the ride. Room was great, clean and with great ammenities. We enjoyed teh breakfast and watching the hummingbirds. We highly reccommend this place if you are looking for something quiet and comfortable

Pros: Very friendly owners, great views of the city, very clean.
Cons: Nothing... Hotel is perfect.
Location: Very good location, walking distance from central San Miguel.
We had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before, so we didn't know what to expect. This Bed and Breakfast went far beyond our expectations. The place is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the owners are very attentive. I can't wait to go back to San Miguel de Allende and stay here again!!!!!!! You have to stay here, you won't be disappointed!!!!
