“Top Notch”

You would not expect such first class service at a location that is not easy to get to, but you will get it at the Casa SN!! We loved everything about the hotel - the attentiveness of the staff, the special touches, the cleaniness of our room, the bed, the layout, etc., etc.!!! We would highly recommend Suite 444 in building 44!! Unlike the Rosewood (which was too hotelly, if that is a word), the Casa SN was extremely unique and unforgetable, and definitely fit in with the entire town's European feel.

“Outstanding”

this is an extremely beautiful hotel at a great location. The rooms are big and full of lovely details. It is very high end, great taste and decor. The restaurant is top class, the price is worth while.

“Best value in San Miguel!!”

Who ever says that this hotel is not in a good location doesn't know what they are talking about. I have been visiting San Miguel over the past 15 years and location was the reason why I chose it. It is located in El Centro historical disctrict, 2 blocks for the Jardin (where all the action is). It is quiet, you feel real safe (you can say that for San Miguel as a whole too). You can tell the Hotel has a lot of history unlike other high end places such as Rosewood which was just built and has a very generic feel to it, however, Rosewoods Luna bar on their roof is worth going to for a drink at sunset.. Casa de SN has rooms located through out the entire historical block. Casa's pool is beautiful a very nice setting. My only beef was our room was located through the restaurant. I could hear employees seating up in the morning and empoyees walking by our room (only in the morning though).

“First but not Last Visit”

This is where I will return. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is charming and well maintained with all amenities. The location is the best of any hotel I surveyed. I recommend the City and this Hotel.

Execellant restaurant and good location in city centre close to main town square. Very confortable room with excellant veiws from the private patio

“NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL FOR SURE!”

Not worth the money!!! At first they wanted to give us a dark ugly room, I complained and they gave us a better one. We asked for a wake up call and coffe at 7AM, they forgot the call and coffe. NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL FOR SURE!!!!!

“Not worth the money”

We were not impressed with the Quinta Real De Sierra Nevada after a 2 night stay in late November. The "deluxe suite" was merely a somewhat attractively furnished but unheated room and bath with cold tile floors and inadequate lighting. There were no lamps (or even outlets) at the small desk and armchair; there was no natural light in the room since the curtains were strung on rods across the window panes. The English spoken by the staff was barely adequate. Even my husband's quite good Spanish was not comprehended as it took 7 hours the 1st night to get them to understand that we wanted a fire in the fireplace in order to try to warm up the room. The grounds with a small pool were lush but covered a very small area. The 2 hotel restaurants (1 of them a 10 minute walk to the Jardin) were excellent.
