Very Good Hotel for the Location

Posted Jan 8, 2014
Cons: The Jacuzzi which is located outdoors and was neither heated nor especially well-maintained.
Very good Hotel for Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico.Very comfortable and if you chose to stay here make sure to make your reservation through Expedia given the discount that for me was at least 40+% less than the hotel's normal rates. The gymnasium is more than adequate if there are only 1-3 guests using it any time. The swimming pool is indoors and heated which is unusual for Mexico. Regrettably, the Jacuzzi is located outdoors and was neither heated nor especially well-maintained. This is only an option for the summer months.

Best kept secret.

Great experience from the minute you walk in. Bilingual staff are very friendly and competent. Clean room, comfy bed and walk in shower. No tub but they have a jacuzzi so bring your bathing suit. Casino across the street was a plus and markets/shopping within walking distance was great. Complete gym and pool available. Restaurant was medium priced but very good. Locals eat breakfast there in their buffet. I plan to stay there again.

Almost the best in town but ..still Mexico

I have been staying @ the hotel for a few years! Overall a good value for business travelers. Sadly enough, the hotel does not provide heating in its rooms. Not a problem for the majority of the year except January when the nights can be chilly! Other than that I had a few stays with a cold shower which could not get fixed over my 3 day stay. Beyond that, friendly staff and decent food.

Casa Inn - Celaya

Posted Mar 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
This hotel is a great business hotel amongst all hotels in Celaya. I have tried them all! Fiesta Inn is not bad and has a great setting but the train runs trhough the room 3 times a night! I got tired of it. Casa Inn is a quiet well situated hotel. The biggest complaint I do have, is its check out process. It is not the first time, I spent a half hour waiting in line for a stupid receipt. The restaurant is nice and the rooms are clean. The rooms come with a white noise, a running exhaust fan that I have not been able to identify,.....
