Room was according my expectations. The shower floor was slippery and there wasn’t any handle to prevent a fall. Dangerous for seniors.

Room phones didn't get fixed after having reminded front desk twice, had to get down to lobby multiple times unnecessarily. Please do not use laundry service, it overly priced and its very poorly designed to understand the format ,which would never be explained when picking up laundry

It does not worth it to select the breakfast option. Hotel is regular. Not bad but nothing special. Room service is slow.

Personnel was really nice but there were several issues during our visit. The housekeeper didn’t do a good job, there were towels missing 1 time. Carpet wasn’t cleaned, we saw same dirt/debris forba couple days on same spots (we stayed 15 days) I don’t know if when you stay for a longer time they don’t clean it daily. Same thing with shower, never washed. I reserved Jacuzzi 2 times and they must’ve started it right before I went in, water so cold. No TV guide, I called maintenance and they didn’t know the channel listing either. The best thing while staying there was the breakfasts (included during our stay)

Stay during turbulent times
I stayed at Casa Inn Celaya to visit family over the weekend. I was pleased with the cleanliness, and protective health measures in place during the Covid-19 pandemic. Handsanitizer was readily available, as were shoe mats to wipe the soles of our feet, and face masks were required. The hotel is across the street from a city park, and mini-mall with stores offering various necessities. The staff were friendly and professional. I will stay there again.

Everything was great and all the staff very helpful and kind. The only thing that I would add is to have water jars at the breakfast bar, so that you don’t have to be asking for it.

Awesome hotel and breakfast
