Nice hotelPosted Jun 24, 2014
Pros: Great room and comfortable bed.
Location: Nothing really within walking distance.
Nice room, comfortable bed. Most of the help speak english which is a plus. Food in restaurant was mediocre and a little pricey. Shuttle service was excellent. Spa service was ok. I had a pedicure, they do not have a spa chair for this this service. All in all the hotel is very nice. Not many places to eat near the hotel, what few there are close pretty early, so yku should think about eating in the downtown area.

Great HotelPosted Jun 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel left us very satisfied. It is one of the few hotels that are located barely outside of the city. It is a very clean and well maintained hotel. The service was great. The food was very good. The downside was staying outside of the city center, in a neighbourhood where there isn't much except for the hotel. Nevertheless, this hotel does have a pool, which many of the hotels in the center of town do not. Essentially, if your visiting San Miguel to get to know the town, I would opt for a Hotel in the center since it is walking distance to anywhere in town and San Miguel is a walking town. We chose this hotel because we had a wedding and opted for the highway location and pool instead of staying in town. The town truly is a 5 min $5 taxi ride away or you can take the shuttle that leaves every hour. Would definitely recommend it.

Nice quiet stayPosted Mar 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great Hotel, and if you want a little peace and quiet it is wonderful way to relax a bit. If you want the busy area, you can stay downtown.

Beautiful hotel, clean and lovely. Friendly, helpful staff. The spa is great, serene and immaculate. The restaurant is truly outstanding. Location is away from the city center but the free shuttle service to and from town makes up for it.

Good stayPosted Jan 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is fine. It has a very nice architecture and the rooms are good size. The service is OK. Not friendly, but not bad. Rooms are COLD and they do not have A/C. The provided an electric external heater. So if you are a cold person, and are thinking to visit San Miguel during winter, take this into consideration. It is located outside San Miguel, beu they offer a shuttle every hour to downtown, so it is not bad at all. Sometimes is even convinient, because you park the car are the hotel, and you dont need to preocuppied to find a spot in the historical center.

Great hotel outside the noise of downtown.Posted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Clean and out of downtown noisy area.
Cons: Extend the hours of the pool, mainly when children like to swim early or late on the date.
Great hotel, clean rooms and comfortable, good for couples or families.

Nice hotel but...could be better managedPosted Jan 12, 2013
Location: San Miguel is highly recommended, great food and ambiance in central Mexico
This hotel in San Miguel is new and the rooms and other facilities are very nice but...it could be better managed. The hotel is not in downtown San Miguel but it has a shuttle service for guest, however during our shiort stay of three nights the shuttle was not available twice as it was being used by the hotel staff. The restaurant had several gaffe, coffee was cold probably from the night before, eggs were overcooked (The waitress claimed that was the style in San Miguel), there were no pastries for breakfast after a busy night, etc. Housekeeping was mediocre, not replacing wet towels left on the floor, etc To their credit the hotel staff was very nice, but the place is just not well managed
