“great for family, clean , beautiful architecture”

room was noisy during the night, we could hear foot steps from above room, other than that great hotel great food great experience

“Good hotel at a convenient location”

Brand new hotel, mint condition, friendly staff, good food, free parking wich for San Miguel is a luxury and convenient shuttle to downtown every hour. Close to Las Ventanas Golf course.

“Nice hotel but...could be better managed”

This hotel in San Miguel is new and the rooms and other facilities are very nice but...it could be better managed. The hotel is not in downtown San Miguel but it has a shuttle service for guest, however during our shiort stay of three nights the shuttle was not available twice as it was being used by the hotel staff. The restaurant had several gaffe, coffee was cold probably from the night before, eggs were overcooked (The waitress claimed that was the style in San Miguel), there were no pastries for breakfast after a busy night, etc. Housekeeping was mediocre, not replacing wet towels left on the floor, etc To their credit the hotel staff was very nice, but the place is just not well managed

“looks new, clean and very good service”

Very clean, well decorated and spacious room!, little cold for the season, nice small pool, menu simple but well prepared, I stayed with my wife and both enjoyed the hotel.

“Hotel is wonderful, location not that much”

Everything was great at the hotel! Too bad it is a bit far from the town's center and the location is not too attractive. It does have a shuttle every hour to take you into town, but we are a family that prefers walking distance.
