I left one day early because the A/C did not work in my room. Nobody came to fix the A/C. I requested a fan and they never brought one. Extremely disappointed. Wish I could get a refund.

Excellent Location! Very close to Plaza del Zapato. Hotel looks a little bit outdated from the outside, but the rooms are totally renovated and very nice. We would definitely recommend and return.

A very nice hotel. Large room with good amenties. Comofrtable and with a very nice bathroom. All that was missing was racks for luggage. Lighting at the bath mirror was not sufficient to shave or do makeup. Balcony was useless because of the traffic noise.

We always stay here when we visit Leon. It’s a beautiful place, staff is great, rooms are clean, and walking distance from the market. Highly recommend!

I always stay at hotsson hotels when available. The VIP lounge had excellent service as well as vitrales. All personnel were great. Only minor thing i noticed was my room 704 needs a little update, floor and bed noisy .

Property was clean.. Staff was horrible.. Downgraded my room from what I actually got.. Went to go eat at 1 of the restaurant and left because nobody came after 10 minutes.. Won’t be back!

I specifically requested the honeymoon suite and honeymoon amenities and although they were confirmed, the guests were placed in a small 2 bed room WITHOUT any honeymoon amenities. Although I immediately contacted the hotel to rectify the error, I had to pay for a second day in order for the couple to be moved to a suite. The honeymoon service never came as the couple only received 3 pieces of fruit on a cutting board. Horrible customer service!! Will never use or recommend these hotels again!!!!

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en el.hotel ! Todo el equipo es muy amable y fueron muy serviciales sobre todo con nuestras bbs de 1 y 3 años. El cuarto muy funcional , el gym tmb, la alberca muy linda ! La comida no es tan buena y el cafe tampoco , te recomendamos el cafe de abajo está mejor ! El servicio de valet son muy amables, pide tu auto con tiempo desde tu cuarto para q llegue rápido. Gracias por todo !
