Pros: easy to get in and out, easy parking, Good Location, near highway
Cons: TOWELS are old need to be replaced, coffee
Location: Good Location , close to supermarket, subway, office depot, costco, Telcel, Oxxo, home depot, very nice mall nearby, liverpool, cinepolis, food court
Good Business hotel, , close to supermarket, subway, office depot, costco, Telcel, Oxxo, home depot, Not handicapped accessible, coffee terrible, No espresso or capuccino or fresh cream, restaurant food OK, Gym No treadmill old equipment, room , sound from street goes trough windows, elevators need service, friendly staff, NO in room safe

Very pleasant hotel.

Pros: The view from the window of our back facing room.
Cons: The pillows. Also they don't provide washcloths with the towels.
The Hotel Ejecutivo Mexico Plaza was a very pleasant place to stay while on our trip to Celaya. My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very lumpy. Be sure to get your room facing the back of the hotel as the front would be very loud due to being so close to a busy street. Our room still was a bit loud at times , but it was due to hearing neighborhood sounds such as the occasional barking dog , crowing rooster , or music. It was much better than hearing traffic ! We had very little problem speaking to the staff of the hotel as most of the people working at the desk spoke English.

Pleasantly Surprised

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days while visiting family in the area. The location was good for us and the hotel was clean and seemed to be recently renovated. The restaurant in the hotel had a great breakfast and the staff in the restaurant were very good. The staff at check in was not that great, it took them a long time to get our rooms right and when calling down to the front desk for a wake up call they just hung up on us when we spoke english. We didn't use any amenites at the hotel other then the restaurant.

The only issue we had was at breakfast. Severly understaffed for the business they had in the restaurant. Buffet selection was fair, with several items cold.

Business Hotel without business

The hotel is of contemporary design with beautiful and tasteful appointments. The finish is of poor quality. Several necessities were left out and are just annoying. The street noise penetrates the room and it feels like trucks and cars are driving through your room. This all due to the incomplete installation of the sliding windows. The shower looks nice but is not functional as it should be. When taking a shower the bathroom floods and a clean up is necessary. The flatscreen leaves a blue glow in the room so a unplug is needed every night. Overall a nice boutique feel but the basics have been forgotten.
