The rooms need refurbished. Plastic tub was cracked with a hole in it. Only got water from shower. Curtains were torn and had holes in them. Ironing board and safety lock were broken.

The towels and sheets were very dirty, stained and there was no internet on the floor I had, which was the 4th. They also did not want to store my suitcase for 2 days but on the page they have storage luggage so they can put it if the people in the apartment do not offer it. Super rude reception, despots, they treated me like trash, I left at night without saying anything, no complaints about how dirty it is, I preferred to pay for another hotel, the bathroom tub and the curtain are disgusting, filthy, everything was ugly and dirty, the air conditioning didn't work. A terrible experience, even animals left us, that was the last straw and I said, let's see each other, it doesn't matter that I had already paid that day and when I left the room, people at the reception stopped me and my daughter and I told them where the television control was, I told them in the room and they sent to a person to check if I had not stolen the control and the towels they treated me as a thief and when they saw that nothing was missing they told me I can go now, the girl is rude. I will never return

The staff was not responsive when I asked for the smoke alarms to be fixed because they kept beeping due to the lack of batteries. Also, the bedding and towels need an upgrade. The bed cover feels like a thin sheet. They should warn everyone to bring their own blanket!

Room is in really bad condition, bedding has yellow stains everywhere, window curtains are falling apart, bathtub has mold and sink is leaking. Door locks are falling apart.

Hotel is kinda old, clean and neat but areas (specifically bathrooms) need maintenance or replacement, rusty stuff. Wifi is not good enough, if you ever get a connection speed is low, bur more important connection is not stable, you get disconnected constantly.

Awesome location! Close to all the shopping centers (shoes & purses-gallore!). Excellent price. Only bad thing is the parking. Have to walk about a block to park and get to the hotel. Dont park under the trees-xar will be covered in bird poop come morning

I don’t really enjoy my stay actually. The bathroom had mold and mildew and hair. Also the shower curtain was filthy the water sprayed crazy all over the place. The staff was nice though, they checked me in and smiled. But don’t speak English, I probably just picked the wrong hotel because Expedia offered me it for free with reward points. I’ll make a better choice next time. I was in room 111, it could have been just my room though since I see others have decent reviews. I’d recommend it to someone who wouldn’t mind a motel 6. Basically the same bang for your buck. Oh, and the walls are very thin…..

Al llegar la recepcionista con una mala actitud, las sábanas muy sucias, la sobrecamas viejas, el aire acondicionado no servía , el baño sucio y viejo.. de 7 días reservado, sólo use una noche… tuve que reservar otro hotel

My room was ok, room was comfortable I had the 2 bed room. If you looking to save money on your stay it’s a great choice. It’s not like staying at Hampton or holiday inn but it’s a an ok place to stay a few days. If you book online the rate per night it’s the best in town!
