We localized with everything at minutes from hotel. Staff was GREAT and Helpful at all times

The hotel was located within walking distance from shoe shopping (Leon is known for their leather goods) and the bus station. The staff was extremely helpful and the cleaning staff kept the entire hotel immaculate. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel, clean and confortable. The pictures do it no justice. We stayed at another hotel first and it was so unconfortable. Unfortuantely there is not much of a night life in Leon. The hotel bar was empty. But the hotel was great. Very nice balcony and view.

“Good Place To Stay!”

Stayed at this hotel in october 2008. The service we were provided with was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure you felt right at home. The room was very clean. We enjoyed a small but sufficient balcony with a sliding glass door looking out to the pool and the city. The bedding was clean although the mattress was a bit stiff - didn't wake up with any pains though. The restoom is nicely appointment although the shower head needed to be replaced, it didn't really matter - the small imperfections did not affect this hotels commidity nor service. This hotel is located on the boulevard that pretty much passes through the whole city. Access to everything is easy from the hotel. Centro Max (mall) is not too far; you will find many stores a theatre even a starbucks located right next to the complex. Also Plaza Mayor (another mall) is easily accessible on the main street. I will definitely stay at this hotel aga

A hotel with a very good quality. It has a terrific restaurant. The rooms well decorated and confortable. Just a few blocks from dowtown Leon.

“FiestaAmericana Leon”

Not bad for the price, but could use some updating in the rooms (flat screen TVs for example) and some basic maintenance (shower rod was about to fall down, stains on the marble, etc). We went to the spa which was nice, but also needs some updating. In their defense, looks like some work in the Lobby was in progress. The staff is absolutely great and on the level of any 5 star hotel. It's still one of the best if not the best in Leon and I'll definitely stay again.

“Ok hotel”

This hotel is about 3.5-4 stars, but for Mexico standard it may be higher. It is basically an ok hotel. Their staff doesn't speak English well and I am talking about the front desk. During my stay they were doing renovation, so hammering noises starting at 9am every morning except the weekend. It bugged me at times, but I'm also ok with it as I am generally out by then, almost like a daily wake up call for me. Pros: - good location, close to mall and downtown - clean room - free wireless Internet - restaurant buffet is good but a bit pricy Cons: - noisy constructions/renovation - small pool (4ft deep only, look more like a pond than pool) - small gym and no stream room, etc. - not well English speaking staffs - room key failed to work after a few days In short, ok hotel if price is right. My friend told me it is one of best hotel in Leon, maybe for Leon standard. Let say I've seen better.
