Very good location, hotel OKPosted Aug 19, 2013
- The hotel's location is excellent, everything in downtown is within 10 minutes walk - The staff is friendly and always trying to help - The room is ok, but noisy. - The bathroom is small and the shower is difficult to control, you get cold or hot water but difficult to get something in between. - Breakfast is good but nothing great. In a few words, you pay for the location not the Hotel itself

Great room, great location.Posted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: The room, the location, the staff
Cons: Maybe some direction on how to handle the parking situation when you make your reservations.
Location: Lots of shops, and restaurants. Short cab ride to mines and the mummy museum.
Loved the room, the two stories were great for our family of 4, gave us some space to spread out. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Only complaint is the parking situation. Very difficult to pull up and unload, though the staff was very helpful in helping with parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location in GuanajuatoPosted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice Hotel. Rooms are very basic but nice for the region. Bed is quite comfortable and shower is large. Included breakfast from 8-10AM is basically non-existent before about 9AM. I was overall happy with my stay. Some of the other business travelers I was with said their rooms did not have AC. Also, there is a nightclub very close by and is very loud until about 2 or 3 AM. I would call to request a room on the Cathedral side of the Hotel with AC.

The room is very historical so you can enjoy the atmosphere. Breakfast was also nice with fresh cut fruit.

PERFECTION!Posted Apr 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Perfect Hotel. So close to everything, yet far enough not to hear the noise of the city center. One Warning if you're traveling with older persons. No elevators. And ALL the rooms are on second or third floor.

Traditional hotel in a very colourful city.Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: Central location.
Cons: Tiny bathroom.
Location: Central location in a very colourful city full of fabulous images.
The room was big with an extra mezzanine level with two more beds that we didn't need. However, the bathroom was small. Odd, but okay, I guess. The breakfasts were different every morning, but not necessarily in a good way — it was difficult to know what to expect. The actual breakfast offerings were okay. As with many Mexican hotels in old buildings, the room faced into the central courtyard. This meant we were disturbed by the nightly lectures about the legends — this probably only happens around holidays. Very good location right in the centre of town and near lots of opportunities to take good photographs of this colourful city.
