I really enjoyed the hotel. workers were really helpful, specially when we had no Passport to exchange money he walked with us to the exchange money place and helped us by using his credentials. He saved us!!! Location is perfect, just in the heart of the city.. well town ;)

San Miguel GemPosted Mar 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel over delivers, especially considering the price paid. I stayed in a suite, which was 2 stories with skylights and exposed brick ceilings. A gorgeously, quaint hotel that reflects the old world charm of the city. It is located in the direct center of the shopping, cathedrals, and restaurants.

Great PlacePosted Feb 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Service was great and the room was big and different from any other place I've stayed. I noticed some people complaining on other reviews about the hotel not having a lift, well, you're in San Miguel not NYC. Another one complained of staff not speaking enough English and again, you're in San Miguel. In San Miguel even the non-Mexicans speak Spanish. If somebody comes from Russia they're not expecting people to speak Russian. But anyways, street noise was never an issue at least in my room but if the sound of the church bells is going to keep you from falling sleep you might want to look for a different place. They will provide earplugs if needed though.

I am very picky - so here's what I have to sayPosted Feb 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel boasts high class rooms and contemporary rooms - far from that. Super ghetto style rooms. No internet access at all, and no hot water. No restaurant - do I need say more. There are other nicer hotels like the Rosewood etc. Don't be deceived by the pics.
