Pros: It is across the street of the Poliforum.
Cons: Rooms, furniture, restaurant Cassia's quality of food and lower the prices
Location: no comments
Restaurant food is overpriced and not congruent to the quality of the food. Not to mention that I found insects in my table.

Pros: Personal is nice in general.Nice restaurant and service.
Cons: WiFi don't work.I reported they said the antenna was disconnected or something was wrong. I had to go to the reception to get signal.
Location: Good location near to Sapica, Leon Stadium.Located in a really safe area.
Restaurant service excellent.Good food. I had bad experience with the receptionist my wife call me 18 times and they didn't call my room she was trying for almost 2 hours the recepcionist almost never answer the phone maybe she was too busy with new guests and maybe she needs somebody else to help her or she needs to be trained. in my room the telephone didn't work I reported and they didn't fixed I had to fixed it was a loosen wire.

Super noisy hotel. We had construction workers singing and drilling at 7 am in the next door and hall. No hair dryer, no iron. The room was dirty, dust all over the floor.

THE HOTEL HAS A GREAT REPUTATION, BUT, THE LACK OF MAINTENANCE IS OBVIOUS, THE HAIRDRYER WAS NOT ATTACHED TO THE WALL IT WAS ONLY OVERSET, THE CRISTAL RACK AND THE FIXTURES WERE OVER THE LAVATORY, THE ROOM HAD A VERY INTENSE MOISTURE SMELL, SO I DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE, I HAVE TO RECOGNIZE THAT THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY

The room had an AC unit that never cooled down. It made a lot of noise all the time though. The sheets of the bedroom did not fit the matress of the bed. They were too short. The bathroom is very old fashion. In general the room was horrible. The garden was nice and beautiful. The food was okay. There was not internet in the room Not enough employees at the front desk. You will have to wait a long time to get help from them. I will never stay there again.

Bad quality beds, the hot water spend much time, the smell are inconfortable, and the TV not have a RC. In generan We have a very bad experience, we canĀ“t sleep.
