“I will suggest for the people who like very clean”

Room is very clean and comfort. Staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast is good but not as well as I expect in 5 star hotel. 10 minutes to Teemall.

“Disappointing New Year's gift to myself.”

I requested a non-smoking room. I was given a room on the non-smoking floor. However when I walked into the room it smelled like smoke. The bell boy could smell it too. He called the main desk. The clerk told him it was a non smoking room. By 8 PM, the room was so smokey, I had to cover my face with a towel to breathe. The location was far from everything of interest. I had to take a cab to get to the East Train Station to access the subway system. The bed was very soft though.
