Very good Hotel, just paid 10 RMB to the Subway or 27 RMB to Pazhou Exhibition Center. Breakfast is very complete with Wester Food and good service. Good bed, good internet and service... We recommend this hotel for businessmen.

convenient to reach by airport express public bus every 45 minuntes. friendly and helful staff. good fitness room and pool. sauna was not very clean and not warm enough but works. good room service, good breakfast. spacy room with a kettle and comlimentary tea and coffee and fruits on arrival., free internet, although slow. Travel agency at lobby floor was very helpful to recommend city tour and advices.

Breakfast was very light and do not have much selection. Very hard to get taxi near hotel.

Good value for the money. If coming from the airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus, Line 4 for 23RMB. But, they'll drop you off across the street and you have to walk approx. 200 meters and then up and over a crosswalk and then back to the hotel. Not too bad unless you have some heavy luggage. The breakfast buffet was great. I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel and it was quite overpriced and not too good. In the room, you have to turn on a wall switch next to the bed for the TV to work. Overall pretty good!

“Soothing and quiet location”

If it weren't for the location I would've stayed a lot longer. The staff was not too pleasant when it comes to customer service. Restaurants inside the hotel are way overpriced although the quality of food is above average.

“not good choice if you need WiFi in the room”

WiFi connection was horrible, could not open most of the websites that are available elsewhere. Bellboys never cared to find a taxi for us.Reception didn't mention about coupons for breakfast, so we stayed hungry in the morning.
