“Guangzhou best location hotel”

The hotel has the best location. It is egzactly in the centre of the town.You can fine anyting around. Hotel staff very worm in welcoming guest and very helpful.

the holiday inn city centre hotel in guangzhou was a great hotel. the staff spoke excellent english and were alway helpfull. nothing was too much trouble. the rooms were very comfortable and very clean, with all the usual amenities. the buffet meals i.e. breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard and the food and service was excellent. it is a pleasant hotel and would suit any type of traveller, either business or on holidays. the area is safe and you really don't have to leave the area if you don't want to.i would certainly be going back to this hotel again.

“High cost for internet connection”

The cost for internet connection is quite a bit. This is one of the few hotels that charge for internet connection.

Slightly older hotel in excellent condition, good facilities, including health club. A range of good quality surrounding restaurants within easy walking distance. Now the downside - aside from the room rate, everything you guy here is very expensive! Business centre is ridiculously priced, bar offers beers for $10 - they are $0.70 per can outside - buffet is expensive and the food is horrible. I'm no chef, but I could cook better. So - I'd go back but I'd avoid buying anything from the hotel.

The hotel is clean (though one of the two rooms i had was a bit smilly, most likely due to something was stored in freg by previous castomer). room size is big and very convieneant. Hotel BF was very very good it has almost every thing you need and a veriety of choices. Hotel location is very good with a few minuit walking distance to the metro station. Also, the hotel surrounded with several shoppibng area at a 10 -15 minuts wlaking distance. Due to my tight time in the area I have no time to explore the hotel internal facilities ( Gym, Swimming Pool, etc...) Only one thing that I was surprised from during my chick out. The receptionest had asked me to sign for the pay movie ( which I did not wtach or even new about). After I explained to her she appoligized and told me it is their mistake. Then (although I confirmed that I did not us any thing from the mini bar) she told me that I have consumed one Alchoholic dirk..!!!!. Later with my conformation that this is a mistake from their side, she appologized and told me it is their housekeeping staff mistake. Other than that my stay was wonderful.

Good, clean family hotel - central and close to the metro. Nice area but quite expensive for eating. Hotel restaurant and bar were prohibitively expensive. We enjoyed the free sauna and steam room!

good location; good shower; clean bed; that's all I need for a short trip.

“Pay too much for internet connection”

The overall service and quality of the hotel is good for the price. But the hotel charges too much for internet connection. Most of the hotel that I know do not charge for internet connection, even WiFi is free. Internet connection is a must for most travelers these days.

This hotel is in city center,about 5km form the rainway station.It's near TAOJIN subway station,the tracfic is good,but the room is not so good,it's too old and strange,because there's a door to the other room!

“Will never come back to this hotel”

Services are not enough compared to the rate of the hotel. Hotel means old, confort is not good enough compare to the price.
