“good hotel”

I spend some days in this Hotel , the services is good , all time they give my support . Good hotel

“Did not have a room when I tried to check in at 6pm and did not approve any reparations”

I arrived at the hotel at 6 pm assuming that the hotel would have my room ready by then. When I arrived the manager told me that my room was not ready yet. Nonetheless, I asked to see the room first to ensure they did not give me a smoking room. As I expected, the room they had was filled with the smell of cigarettes. I told them that was unacceptable. The manager told me that it was all they had and that I would have to take it or leave it. Since I already paid for the room I had no choice. They then asked me if I wanted to eat first before they gave me my room because they still needed to clean the room. I asked them if they would pay for it. The reply was, "OF COURSE NOT." Needless to say, I was furious but what else could you do in a foreign country? I just regret booking at this hotel and promise that I will never stay at the IT World Hotel in Guangzhou again.
