great service and very professional staffs, the hotel is conveniently located in a premium area and on top of a high end shopping mall. Early check-in was granted and they are obviously mind their business and doing their best to make their guests happy and to come back. 5-star for everything!

Have to say this was terrible experience for staying at this ‘‘LUXURY HOTEL’’ Parking definitely is a huge pain and what’s more upsetting was that hotel staff provided unaligned info and it took more than 1 hr for us to settle down and check in Hotel reception said that duty manager would come and explain the parking issue.No one approach to us.And reception didn’t mentioned any breakfasts info till I further called and checked.Room WiFi showed need to be paid for until I make another call to clarify. Location and facilities are quite good to be honest, but I do think the service level did fail to Mandarin Oriental brand

The service is in a class of it's own. I booked a Oriental Club room which gave me access to the Club Lounge and amenities including a lovely breakfast, tea and cocktails in the evening. The spa treatments were very good as were all interactions with staff. I always like the MO decor, cleanliness is a given. Where MO stand out is in the level of service detail. I needed something from a nearby store and the Spa Manager came with me to help with translation and to show me the how to find it

My stay was great, but it took 10 mins for me to get in touch with room service. Wasn’t feeling well and the hotel staff was able to get my medicine within 15 mins so that was a huge plus. Food (room service) can be improved.

The staff at the club lounge was really friendly, nice and helpful. The food in the club lounge was really excellent too. My friend and I had a wonderful stay in the Mandarin Oriental hotel. We’ll definitely come back!
